I am very disappointed in the service that I received from this company.I too am a business owner and thought that Lawrence was a God fearing man but he turned out to be one of the devils advocates. I did not want to give a star at all but had to give at least one in order to give a review.
When I brought my truck there for service it was only leaking oil and I was informed that my seals were leaking on the motor and transmission. My total came to a little bit over $2300. After the work was done I was told that my truck had a misfire and that it needed a tune up but was told that that type of work was not done there at the shop and it would have to be taken somewhere else. I agreed that that was fine because once again I thought that Lawrence was a decent person and someone that I can trust because of the way he came off in the beginning, but I did tell him to let me know how much it would be so that I would know if it was something I wanted to pay. He agreed to call me with a price but never did. Three days later he calls and says that my truck is ready and it is working perfectly, he stated that he had driven it and so had the people at the other shop, THAT I STILL HAVE NO NAME FOR. He stated that they had done a tune up (which to me is all spark plugs and ignition coils) or at least that's what my past tune ups consisted of. The so called tune up had already been done and my fee was $300. Saturday morning I went in to get my truck I drove it home five minutes away and parked it for 5 minutes. My daughter got in the truck and went to Walmart and the low oil pressure light came on and my truck just stopped. I called Lawrence and he said that I was not going to stress him out and he would send someone to tow the truck in and look at it. Monday after 12 noon I called him and he said he would call me right back but he didn't so after 4 pm I went up to his shop WHERE HE NEVER IS! He is a coward and is always talking on the phone. He informed his gate keeper to give me the box with my old parts and my keys and I could take my truck. He did not honor his one year 12,000 mile warrant and basically he has my money and my truck still inst working properly. I will be filing a lawsuit tomorrow morning! Then he text me when I get home and say I owe him $110 for towing. I told him to take it out of the $300 he charged me for the tune up since he only changed 1 ignition coil and 1 spark plug....... So sad DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE PLEASE!

The old man that runs this shop named Lawrence is very rude and unprofessional. He was humble in the beginning, but his service after the sell is terrible. I didn't have the key to unlock my wheels for him to replace my transmission. He told me he had to order one but, the entire time he didn't. One of the mechanics broke it off(without his knowledge). I didn't want to make a big deal about it, so I went back and asked if they could brake the lock off the two rear tires. I was replacing them with regular wheel nuts since two front locks were already broken off by his mechanic. He refused and said the rear tires had nothing to do with replacing the transmission, but his mechanic broke my front two without permission. What harm was it to break the two rear locks considering you already broke the front ones. I have given him nearly $7000 in business with work that I have had done in the past on another vehicle. Sir, you just lost a repeat customer over two wheel nuts. By the way, I get the feeling that the employees don't real care to much for him either.
In response to the owner: You committed an illegal modification when you broke my wheel locks off the front tires without the owners consent. You are very contradicting sir. Make it make sense. If you would like to be professional and make it right you can reimburse me for the two that you broke off without my consent. The two front wheels you ILLEGALLY MODIFIED your words not mine. You have my contact information for reimbursement.

whoever the guy that answers the phone needs to learn some customer service skills because he don’t know how to talk to people respectfully. I brought my car in yesterday after they closed and the man told the tow man and myself where to put my keys and he’ll check my car tomorrow. I called today at 11am after not hearing anything all morning and the man said that my car is line to be checked and he’ll call once he’s checked it. It had been hours and i haven’t heard anything so i called to check my on my car the man proceeds to say that he couldnt find my keys and that’s why he hasn’t started looking at my car. Of course i caught an attitude because how you can’t find my keys AFTER telling me & the tow man EXACTLY where to put them. I guess he got mad that i had an attitude and said “you can come get the car”. What i’m trying to understand is how come you couldn’t find my keys for 1 and for 2 why didn’t you call me hours ago to see where i had put my keys if you couldn’t so called find them like it don’t make since… Then he told me my car was next at 11am and then when i called again at 3 he talking about my car was next in line so i said “my car had been infect in line for hours” and that’s when he told me i can just come get my car. VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL . i’m deciding to be patient because i really need my car fixed to get to work next week but his attitude and the way he talks is the reason they’ll never get my service again after this.

This is a great shop! On my initial call Lawrence was very informative about what could be going on with my transmission and why. He also had the best price on a rebuild. So I brought my vehicle and to have my transmission done and it was ready the next day.

The best in the business I’m very satisfied with the service customer service and prompt repair work. They did on my 2012 Chevrolet Silverado excellent work I recommend this company to all my friends. they did a total rebuild on my transmission reasonable pricing. Just all around Excellent service!!!!!

Had bad transmission brought my 2016 traverse, not only was the owner upfront with the price and transmission issues; he gave me a discount and free diagnostic check. If you want honest people and that can work with you, this is the place.My second vehicle is being worked on, not taking my cars no where else. This is my to go for car issues; I know they will not scam me or add on prices.Thank you Mr. Lawrence for honesty and all the help with discounts.

I had a bad transmission on my 2014 chevy silverado i took in on a wednesday and they had it back to me on friday after work.. they had to do total rebuild on the transmission they have great customer service and did excellent work and i would recommend them to anyone.. they did great work and worked with me to make sure i had back quickly thank u guysService: Transmission

had transmission done here bout 6 or 7 months ago ... and nw my transmission is back to slipping doing the same thing as beforeidk if it was rebuilt but reguardless i paid 3,000 just for the situation to happen all over again its the transmission for sure thats the problem.. and who ever worked on my car did not do my transmission rightService: Transmission

They broke my hoodDisconnected my amp and fuse is missingAnd I'm checking to see if this is my old transmission. I don't believe they changed it because they don't have my core at the shop. Go figure.. I was charged 390 for a core charge so I asked for my core and they have to go get it from somewhere. They wouldn't say where its at. We will be going to Court on this situation.
