Bought an item online at 7:40P. It said pickup in 15 mins. Got to the store at 7:55P. They said they didn’t have a forklift operator to pull the item and I’d have to come back the next day.
Update: I got a call from the store as soon as they opened the following day. They apologized for the inconvenience and offered to deliver the grill right away. I had planned on swapping out propane tanks when I picked it up and they said they’d bring a propane tank with them for a swap out at no cost due to the inconvenience. Great customer service.

Updated since last review. Beth was amazing helping me in plumbing today. She really knows her stuff, and if she isn't certain she asks for help. It's so great to have a staff I can depend on to help me get what I need

Stopped in to get two keys made. Was greeted by a young man who told me exactly where to go to get them made in the store. They young man at the key stand was able to make the keys I needed very quickly. I took them to the front where the first young man checked out and sent me on my way. Very polite & friendly staff. I'll definitely go back.

It's a great store. Always organized and stocked up. Shout out to MARIO (floor supervisor) for his excellent customer service. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient. He is an asset for the store.

There is something about this location that I find endearing. The staff is mostly older retired gentleman who are not always the most knowledgeable but they will be glad to assist you and you will figure it out together.
