Did not have an item I needed. Said they were ordering it and told me when it would be in. Took an extra week for it to arrive.

Updated since last review. Beth was amazing helping me in plumbing today. She really knows her stuff, and if she isn't certain she asks for help. It's so great to have a staff I can depend on to help me get what I need
