Awful place to do business. Left 8 screens here to have re-screened, never got a phone call on them being ready. Came back to the store 3 weeks later and my screen were never touched. The employees didn’t care about the inconvenience this put not only on my company but my homeowner as well.
Lack management at this location really shows!!!

Never had issues till this morning. Took propane in with two hand full cans usually they will fill up and only charge for how much thy put in but this manager today was wish washy and after he filled them up charged me for two. First he said well let’s see and at end said oh it’s our policy to charge you for whole thing regardless how much propane we put in. Smh

Was greeted immediately upon enetering and helped with what I was needing. Check out was fast. This Ace Hardware location also has a US Post Office inside.

Rude, old man. Higher better help. Asked a simple question and got barked at. Maybe he shouldn't be in the customer service area. Krep his hob but move him in the back. And he's over seeing the 2 younger kids.. shame. They'll learn the same attitude. Had my husband been with me it would of been alot worse.

The store was clean and organized. When I got there it was closing time and I desperately needed Drano and a plunger. The fellow not only let me in but also made the sale even though they closed the register! I had cash so he calculated the payment and he said he would put it on the register the next day. He asked me if I wanted a hand written receipt! Can you believe it? Just like the old days! I was able to get my kitchen sink unclogged and I didn't have time to get it done later. These folks saved me alot of grief. If you want caring service from caring people then Jabo's Ace Hardware is for you!

This place has everything you need for the older houses in this area.
They have plumbing fixtures, air filters, light bulbs, electrical things, plants, hoses, bird food, some clothing, and grilling items.
If there is a thing you need for your house come here and ask for help finding it and they will do their best for you. We needed a part for our tub faucet. They didn't have it, but gave us a place to find it. They are the absolute best hardware store in town. We will be back.

The staff at this store is very friendly and helpful. I always know someone will help me if I need it. I work near this location but live near another location in North Fort Worth. As much as I prefer this location in general, it seems everything I need is always $1 or so more here than at the store in North Fort Worth.
