Purchased granite for our kitchen. Upon delivery and install 2 pieces were missing. I called. When they were delivered one was MATTE NOT SHINY. I pointed it out to the guys and asked them if they could put sealer on it. The first guys had and I thought it was like a topcoat that gives it shine. The young guy dropped the bottle on my wood floor and newly painted cabinets so they didn't do it. After calling and not getting a response from Wendy our salesperson. I went in person and spoke to Sean who put some in a water bottle. Well that doesn't give it shine just protects it. I've called NUMEROUS times over the last few months. The owner sent out a guy to buff it twice. This guy said there is nothing he can do, that it should not have left the shop like this. That when the stone is etched so deep there is nothing they can. Sean told me they would make sure to take care of us. That if need be they would replace it. This photos was taken today. The counter is etched, cracked and not shiny like the others! Their website says 100% guarantee. Not if you have a problem. My husband left the owner, Roman, a message on his cell asking him to come see for himself. NO RESPONSE. I went again and asked to leave a message for the owner. NO RESPONSE. Think twice before making a purchase! You could spend thousands to end up with counters that don't match up, are cracked, and etched like this with no response from them. Hope this helps someone else.UPDATE: Owner followed up with me and came to my home to see it for himself. He stated it was not a quality piece. He located another piece and it was installed today.Update: Another piece they put together is separating now in 2023.

I had countertops and backsplash installed. The company took several months to complete punch list repairs. Less than a year after installation, I emailed my company rep to state that grout was chipping and ask if it was covered by a warranty. After sending several emails to multiple email addresses over a course of months, I have not yet received a response. Very poor customer service and they do not stand behind their work.

I purchased my kitchen granite at Absolute Stone,which I love. I have a major amount of counter space! I was struggling to find a backsplash to match, and Wendy had a perfect subway tile that matched. I also bought the most perfect peice of dolomite reminant for my guest bathroom in a leather finish. It is absolutely a showpiece. I was shocked how afordable it all was given the amount of granite my kitchen needed. I am now back working with Sean to upgrade the master bathroom as I had such a fantastic experience!

HORRIBLE place of business! Their remnants are piled outside, no cover, weeds growing up around them. They are crammed in and impossible to see without help. Help is nonexistent; one lady trying to do everything. Then, I pick a piece out, give a deposit, and when I’m ready for installation, they can’t find it! They freaking sold it to someone else, and they had no clue about it!! It caused me a great deal of stress, and I had already purchased the vessel sink which really didn’t go with the new piece I chose. No offers of a discount for their terrible business practices. Nothing! When I asked for it, I was told that it’s my fault because I didn’t come and look at the new piece! That’s NOT the point! Clueless!! Go elsewhere! There are several places in Fort Worth that have their remnants in better organized environments. Run for your life!! Don’t give these people your hard-earned money!I never ever asked for a refund. This is the perfect example of how inept they are. Wendy was amazing; Sean - not so much. He states that he doesn't hit "send" on an email and it was in his drafts after I had to ask for an answer to my email. I asked for a discount, not a refund, due to the headache and incompetence and stress they caused me in having to change my sink. In fact, I stated via email that "I find most granite beautiful."Businesses that care about referrals and customer service make that offer for a discount to save face. He never even apologized. I never asked for a refund, and your money has been mailed. Shameful! Terrible business practices.

Purchased kitchen and bathroom countertops. The kitchen was a slab and the bathroom was a remnant. Overall, excellent company to work with. I did have to call a few times to verify install date/time or when the plumber was expected. I will also have to do some cosmetic touch ups which was disclosed as a possibility at the time I hired them. (It's definitely not excessive and is mostly paint touch up.) When the water lines were disconnected, I did have to ask if any of the valves were leaking which some were. I also helped clean up some of the water. In all, I would hire them again. I was worried some of my appliances would be dented but none were.

From the time we got there to look at granite slabs to the finished job we were treated with friendly service. Wendy always answered all my questions. The counter top looks beautiful. Would definitely go back to Absolute Stone again ❤️

Great customer service by Wendy Atondo followed up by accurate measurements by Fabian then professional installation by Chris and Chongo! The whole process was completed in 10 days and looks terrific. Pictures to follow after I reinstall mirrors and paint.

We desperately needed new counter tops and they came highly recommended by two builders I know. We went by their showroom to look at their product. My wife liked the fantasy brown granite. They encouraged us to go to the warehouse in Dallas to pick out our slabs. Everyone was very helpful and professional. They just came by on Monday and installed our tops. Everything looks great! We are very happy with the results. Ramon and Shawn were both great. Installers were all polite and professional. They laid out tarps to protect our floors and surfaces.

I visited the showroom a couple times and everyone I spoke to there was very nice and helpful. Wendy was a joy to work with. Prices were very reasonable and the installation team was quick and professional. I highly recommend this company and will be back when I do my next project.

Absolute Stone - Javier went above and beyond to find my discontinued marble. Because of Javier I was able to update my sink and couldn't be happier! Installation was perfect and flawless! Thank you again very much!
