My first and only time using this clinic. I took my kitten in for intional shots and to schedule a neuter.
Our appointment was scheduled for 9:30 am and we confirmed the day before. When arrived and they said that we missed the appointment because it was for 9:00 am, ok. The clinic wasn't busy we waited over an hour and a half the Vet checked the kitten and they ran a few test they said it would be about $340.00 for the day.
We said ok then after an additional 2 Hours they came back and said it was going to be $500.00 for everything and that we were going to need expensive antibiotics for a lifetime.
After we went home they called to tell us they wanted to run additional tests totaling out to about $1000.00 dollars.
We got a second opinion and the kitty is not sick! beware the up sale!

Dr. Snodgrass is always attentive to my dogs needs and my concerns. I am very appreciative for his attention to detail and thorough examination without the outrageous cost. In addition, his staff are friendly, informative and patient everytime I call with a question. With 2 dobermans and 1 pit, they are never hesitant providing excellent care of them. Thank you again for excellent service!

This place is great. Staff is amazing and caring and they are good at explaining everything it's the only vet that I know of that doesn't charge a small fortune to spay or neuter a great Dane

The staff is attentive and caring. The Dr always gives clear explanations and recommendations. Our dog also enjoys his visits. Highly recommended.

I have been taking my dogs there for years. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Dr. Snodgrass is the best. He is highly skilled and takes the time to explain treatment, if needed. I trust him, and I am so grateful to him and the staff for all the support they have given me and my dogs over the years.

I had been going to Dr Snodgrass since 2011. He’s taken care of all my fur babies. Unfortunately, I will have to find another vet. Nothing to do with his skill or ability as an outstanding vet but because his employee and vet tech KAREN has hung up the phone on me three times during times of conflict. My schedule is hard to clear up to be able to make it by 3;30. Most vet’s offices stay open until at least 5. This is the issue. However Karen was EXTREMELY hateful and exhausting. CHOOSE ANOTHER VET. The customer service here is greatly lacking. My advice to ABC is to fire Karen. I for one and finding another vet solely due to Karen.
