I had both of my trucks detailed over the last two weeks. I work in construction so you could only imagine how much dirt and grime could get inside. When I picked each one up they looked like they just rolled off the show room floor! They were very patient with me as I could not show up to pick them up when they were ready. If you need professional service these folks will get you taken care of. I will only be using them on my vehicles.Service: Auto detailing

horrible ! i called in around 2:50 pm and told them i was selling my car. i chose the $150 package and verified if they will do the hood, trunk and interior. got to the shop at 3:07, car was ready by 4:00 PM so 53 minute work total. bill was $154 + i tipped 15% so like $178 total. car interior looked mediocre, i could have done a better job with those armor all wipes. the most disappointing thing was that they never even touched under the HOOD, which is a major thing when selling ur car. i was gravely disappointed and frustrated. this is probably the worst auto detailing place i’ve ever encountered. even 1 star is a lot for this place. ruined my whole day and selling experience.

I've had an OptiCoat Ceramic application put on two different cars using this business. So worth the money. Nel and her son are awesome to work with. I highly recommend using A 5 Star Detail for keeping your car looking sharp!

Worst company I've ever encountered. Took my very rare car to get ceramic coated and when I showed up, they ruined my car. They ceramic coated over dirt and it is now stuck on the car. When I wasn't happy, they mocked me and wouldn't give me my keys. My car is ruined and I'm devastated. I then found out they did the same thing to a man named Chris, his Mustang. We both have pictures to show the damage.Edited to add: I have texts and more pictures readily available. I infact did not choose the less expensive route. We paid the going rate for Ceramic coating. And then you coated a dirty car, that was supposed to have been detailed prior to anything else. Also the collision manager for 5 star Ford showed up at the same time I was picking my car up and he couldn't believe how bad it was. I have those messages as well.These pictures were taken at their shop. After a full detail and ceramic coating. Look close and you can see the bumper stained and the dirt still on the car.

This place ceramic coated 3 of my cars. They do great work and fixed an issue another Opticoat detail shop did in Dallas. That guy (flawless detail) didn’t coat the roof and sealed the car without paint correction. He also used a different product on half of the car as confirmed by a detailed inspection. This shop along with Opticoat repaired the issues and made it right. I can’t say enough about these people! I was so impressed by their work I had them do my other two cars.Services: Clay bar treatment

Got my car ceramic coated with the 7 year plan I was skeptical at first about it because I don’t trust people with my car AT ALL!! But I was very very pleased with the outcome!! They are very nice people and are very helpful to your concerns. Would definitely recommend! They also do amazing car washes and normal details for great prices!Services: Seat shampooing

Destroyed my paint on the parts they actually cleaned. Only cleaned easy to reach spots. Paid $300 for a job I wouldn’t have paid $75 for. Also damaged parts of my interior. All said and done, cost me around $600 to fix the damage they inflicted and when confronted they offered not a dime back to me, though they did offer to take back my vehicle and try to clean it better, I didn’t take them up on their offer because there is no way I would trust any class of vehicle in their hands again. Did not do what they specified they would. Didn't wax my entire vehicle and what they did do did more damage that good. Parts of my vehicle is still dirty and not touched. Also damaged my interior. So now i'm out $300 on top of what I need to get fixed and/or replaced. Wouldn't trust any type of vehicle here... Have also heard of similar instances to mine. Frauds.
