I had a frustrating experience on September 29, 2024 with a night-shift cashier at this location. He mistakenly gave my online food order to someone else and refused to offer any compensation, even though it was his error. This cashier, who happens to be Hispanic, didn’t bother verifying the order by checking the code and name, which is something customers receive after placing their order. What made things worse is that he was rude and didn’t even apologize for the mix-up. I’ve been a loyal customer here for three years, and the Arabic owner has always been kind and respectful, but this cashier showed no respect for me and had a terrible attitude, despite being the one at fault. After this experience, I will not be coming back to this store again.

This is honestly the first place other than work or home I went to consistently after moving here. The employees are so sweet and kind-hearted and funny! I'm there so often for my slushies that I'm on a first name basis with pretty much everyone, lol. Coming in here and chatting with them when I'm having a rough day and grabbing my drink always cheers me up. Truly a gem of a place.

I LOVE FREAKIN 7-ELEVEN!!!!ESPECIALLY STORE 2637!! MARIA AND HOLLY ARE AWESOME!! THEY HAVE THIS STORE STOCKED AND CLEANED FROM TOP TO BOTTOM!!! PLUS MARIA SHOWED ME HOW TO SAVE MONEY USING THE 7-ELEVEN APP!! THANKS FOR SUCH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Person working at this storeright now is wearing nothing that identifies them as an employee and just yelled at me, refused me service, and made me leave because I was wearing a mask since I've been sick. Told me to go outside and come back without a mask on

No toilet paper again! For women WE NEED TOILET PAPER! And as I say something to the guy at the counter he acts as if I am making him get up and do something he isn't getting paid to do! It's absolutely gross to not have any toilet paper in a restroom when you are a woman!! Be better!

Super FriendlyChristy(or maybe Christine..hearing loss) introduced me to the discount program. No junk emails….and I got .11 cents off per gallon.I will be filling up before heading back to Alabama from this spot.Happy New Year to the proprietor, and team members.
