An older women that works at night with her dog insisted my ID wasn’t real. I assured her that it was a real Texas ID and she could scan it. She refused to scan it telling me that it had to be fake because of the picture being black and white. I even googled Texas ID’s to show her the new Texas ID. She then tried to tell me my ID was expired even though it clearly said it expired in 2031.She refused two other customers as well because she needed to be “strict” tonight. She said they’re “trying to fine her 10,000”.This women has sold to me many times so I’m baffled she all of a sudden suggested my ID was fake.

Was turned down purchasing cigarettes because the store apparently hasn't educated their employees about what "REAL ID" is. Instead of scanning the card and seeing it was valid, they just looked at the text that said "not for REAL ID purposes" and decided it was fake. Real ID's are popping up in states and allow a person to board flights or enter federal buildings with said ID. That DOES NOT mean that my ID is invalid, just that it's not classified under "REAL ID." Educate your workers and don't let your customers feel insulted by being accused of using a fake. Infuriating

I come and get gas sometimes and orher stuff Cash register lady always on Her phone. I'm always waiting to cash out. And she always has a dog inside wandering around inside the building.i love dogs but I never seen one just wandering around the place

I purchased gas here a week ago. $40. Only pumped $19.93 to this day I have not been refunded my other $20.07. Went there talk to manager on Saturday he stated it should be there. Now they're avoiding contact. Don't use this place for gas. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND ARE THIEVES. NOW IM GOING TO CANCEL THE ENTIRE PAYMENT WITH MY BANK

This is an awesome 7-Eleven staffed by some great employees that are very courteous and kind !! The store is very clean with some great food and snacks !!! The bathrooms have always been clean when I've been here. you will certainly enjoy your experience when shopping at this 7-Eleven !!!

EDIT: seems they fixed their prices. Clean store with excellent music. At least on Sundays.What exactly makes you think you can charge $1 more a can for Energy drinks like Ghost and Monster than literally any other store?Won't be coming back. This place is way over priced.

Well this is not the first time this has happened to us. A young girl as a cashier working on April 24th 2023 is the rudest person every! I have heard other customers saying the same thing as they walk out. If you are not liking your job then quite.

Store is clean and modern but electronic pay is constantly broken. This is an issue at all these new and modern stores. The one on Carroll by Southlake Town Center is the same way. They look at me and sorry 'MY' card is declined even though it shows on my phone it's communicating properly. Today I bought something at Avondale Haslet Road just to prove 7/11 YOU NEED TO FIX YOUR MACHINES OR PAY YOUR BILL IF YOU ARE GONNA OFFER APPLE PAY, GPAY, SAMSUNG PAY!!!

My bank temporarily froze my card unfortunately I didn’t know that so when I went to pay it declined Deborah rolled her eyes when I asked if I could swipe and re-try pretty rude.

I told the cashier that the cookies were expired. He argued that they were still good. Lol bro.. Don't act like it's fine to SELL expired things. I get they're still good, but you can't do that. There's a reason the label only prints two days.Hope the heath inspector doesn't see it.Other than that, this place is just a regular gas station.

I rode to this 711 on my bike. For the first time. I bought a hotdog, a soda and an apple pie. I walked outside to enjoy the night and my food. Then the wind picked up. As It did I got an wind advisory on my phone. I started to lose my hotdog and I figured I should go back inside as it was whipping about. I went to take shelter. The current operator of 711 was there and grabbed the door as I opened it, he pulled it closed. Locked it sat back down and started eating. Leaving me to find shelter else where. I felt as if this just another sh1th0le on the road. Kroger 711 would never do this.

All of the gas pumps are out of receipt paper, employee stated they do not know how to change the paper. Always lines to get to the register. Management needs to be more observant.
