The guy at the front counter right now was very unprofessional by yelling at a person doesnt matter what age group and if he has 1 side of his headphones on. You do not yell at him when he is asked how much was it. The person at the counter later talked bad about the person in line that he yelled at to another customer which was me. I told him that he only had one side of his head phones on and that what he did was rude and you wouldn't do that to an adult and he responded with if tge adult had headphones on he sure would yell at the adult. That is not good customer service and he should be confronted about this situation because you are not suppose to yell at anyone. I would probably agree if you had to repeat the total over 4 times due to the person not being able to hear due to hearing loss but after 1 time of repeating then that was unnecessary! Today's date is 7/31/24 around 6:55 pm. Please either fire this employee or get him corrected because he is not showing good behavior for your business.

Very disappointed where this location has gone over the years. Let’s start big and work down:
1. The fuel situation is pretty rough, especially for my diesel. It typically takes 15 minutes to put 40 gallons in my truck. Pumps are all super slow and many times the amount at the pump differs from what is advertised on the sign. Same goes for gas.
2. There always seems to be boxes of goods sitting on the floor waiting to be shelved. Major trip hazards and looks cluttered.
3. The air supply outside hasn’t worked in forever…and it’s $2 to use. I’d advise to hit up one of the many local garages in the vicinity. It’s free.
4. The ATM maxes at $200 per withdrawal at $3.95 a pop for the service fee. My bank pays for my ATM fees, but I won’t use this one regardless.
I live around the corner from here and it gets worse by the day. More and more transient people show up making it quite uncomfortable to send my wife there. Sure wish they could get back to where they used to be about 5 years ago.

Yesterday I went to 7 eleven to withdraw money to pay for my car brake service next door to o’Reilly and I use the restroom.
I didn’t know some 7 Eleven don’t keep up with their stores. The restroom was disgusting and a discrimination
The employees didn’t care about tidy up the store. It’s terrible to see this at one 7 eleven locations
I love 7 Eleven I’m a member and it’s disgusting to see this all the dirt at this store. The smell was like a smelly project that they wanted to save. It was bad
Of course I don’t plan to come back to that location
It’s filled with germs and Covid

Been coming here awhile, maybe 18 years, but recently the morning guy gives me the creeps. I notice he just stared at me the other day while eating a banana and I'm not 100% sure but I think his name is Jeremy. As I was leaving he blew a kiss and I'm not sure if it was to me or the high school girl walking in behind me. Got super weird. Definitely gonna just wait for the afternoon guy Lewis from now on. He gets 5 star.

Cashier named Robert won't sell lottery scratchers after 11 because he doesn't want to have to count them on his shift. Tonight he was working at 6:30 pm and refused to sell me lottery scratchers unless I paid in cash. There is a sign on the machine that says cash or debit. He has caused so much trouble for my whole family that they won't even go there anymore. Things like refusing to refill soda machine. I've been going to this store since it opened. I refuse to be inconvenienced and have to go somewhere further away. Beware though.

Years ago this was my go-to gas station. Had hot food, stocked shelves, fresh coffee. Stopped coming in when the coffee would be old or burnt. Stop in occasionally. Shelves are bare. Place is dirty. Stop elsewhere. Any of the other 7-11s are better

They never have any specials that are on the mobile app. Always tells me that manager don’t want to order items that are on the app or don’t want to honor the specials on the app besides they never have fresh food specially the pizzas they are always burn or old. Went one time around 12:30 to get pizzas notice that on sticker shows that was made at 9:45 am not a good place to get food

Come on 711 why are your restrooms so nasty. This one was horrible! Dirty wet socks on the floor and the smell almost knocked me out. Those of us who work on the rode need clean restrooms.
