The place is dirty, staff is unfriendly. I wanted a Latte from their machine. Milk came out chunky. I showed it to one of the staff and their response was that - that's the way it looks. Well, it's not supposed to taste "chunky". I spit it out and threw it on their trash. Glad I did before I left. So disgusting. Try to avoid this location. It should closed down.

Do not go to this store. Drive to the one a little down the street. This one is always dirty and the cashier tonight had a horrible attitude and was rude to every person that was in there. It was very obvious he was having a bad night but don’t take it out on the customers. He was slamming things down and throwing things. That is ridiculous. He was on his personal phone when I pulled up and made it very obvious the customers were an inconvenience to him!

This is the worst 711 I've have ever been to the naver have hot food the customer service is the worst..when I asked the cashier this morning at 6:45 am why they didn't have any hot food he told me it wasn't his job his job was to stand there and do nothing all night until he went home this is crazy they are literally paying him to do nothing? 0/10 don't go here employee rude store filthy a 1 is too high of a rating but I guess I gotta give them a one because they were open

This store is very horrible and the black guy in there with the baby ponytail in his head is very bad employee very rude I ask for his name and he said he can't give me his name. I thought every store we work at we supposed to wear our name tag he didn't have his own and he was very dirty you can tell by his nails they was dirty. Y'all need to do better by who you hiring at the stores and keep the store clean and the outside of the store clean.

The group of people blocking the front door smoking weed is a huge deterrent for me. I’ll definitely delve a little further to the QT so I can feel safe. This place should be closed, it’s dragging down the neighborhood even more

We are at this location at 11:55 pm . Tonight . There has been a note on the door saying be back in five mins . I have literally been here along with a few others for 35 mins .

Demarcus works early morning amd discriminated against homeless people . He won't allow the bathroom to be utilized because he said he doesn't want them in the bathroom nor store. I told him inneeded to use it and he refused service and also questioned me about a refill. Rude and in breach of 7-11 standing franchise contract.

I went to the 7-Eleven here on McCart and Westcreek and this place was alright, I recommend going on the daytime because sometimes there would be smoking outsideand the cashier was chill and the inside was mostly quiet so if I were you I would recommend going at a perfect time where there would be no smoking outside the Convinece Store or Gas Station.

This place is horrible. The owner (I think) yells and attacks everyone it seems. I’ve seen him attack 3 ppl verbally in just two visits. I’m also going to report him to their corporate offices. And will continue to go in and see what’s going on and continue to report that store and I’m also calling code compliance as I saw him touch the food without gloves after someone gave it back!! It went back for sale!!! That store and most that work there are disgusting and I hope the city does something about it asap. He seems mentally unstable and has also pulled weapons on customers with children!!
