The young guy that works in the morning about 7 am, had sausage egg cheese croissant in the heating unit and they were cold. He told my daughter to warm it up in the microwave.

Almost every time I come in, there’s hardly any hot food ready and when you ask about it the older lady just says no. With no explanation. Worst 7eleven I’ve ever been to.

The guy in the 4x4 outside in this 7 11 is security and he's rude always. Has for the 7 11 they are never open. It's open they don't want to work

I cannot pay for gas at the pump with a credit card ---these cards do not have pin numbers. I had to go to the station across the street.

Best Service ...The new night shift specs wearing guy is awesome , such a friendly and humble guy , really loved his attitude and customer handling capability , really nice guy , surely love to visit again just to meet that funny & hard working guy !!!!

If i could give zero stars or negative stars i would. In the morning the bathrooms are never clean. The hot food is never done. The AM cashier looks like he doesnt want to be therr. Yall gonna lose business quickly!!!!

Location claims to be open 24 hours here it is 3:20 in the morning and they have the doors locked employee in the back will not help anybody will not even attempt to open the door

Horrible customer service especially the fat woman that works there that always wears the same curly wig she had no product knowledge and is very rude and unprofessional when I asked for assistance and refused me of service

I do business with the 7-Eleven location, 3500 Sycamore School Rd. I purchased $60 worth of gas once a week today my vehicle only have 52.50 I requested the cashier to give me the difference. Normally they would do that, but this cashier was new and asked me to re-enter my card I told her I was uncomfortable but did it anyway however another Middle Eastern guy name Ron Intervine said contact your bank. I said why should I and who are you? My name is Ron. He was very rude. Disrespectful and had an attitude. I said, sir, do you work here? He would not reply. I guess he was on break and had a problem with his girlfriend, but that was no reason for him to be rude so I contacted the corporate office and filed a complaint, if this is not resolved for the rudeness of the employees, I will never use that location again
