Do NOT go to this establishment. Middle eastern owned…they are rude and inhospitable. I am handicapped and they refused service.. Ok. Prepare.

The cashier Robert is probably the most unprofessional person I've ever met in retail! The masked man sits behind the desk, is super slow to move at a snails pace, doesn't even reply to. You looks at you with dead eyes and grunts, and then waves his hand like he's parting the red sea. As to know I don't have that and then sometimes he refuses service, and he never hands out a . Absolutely lousy, unprofessional behavior.

I just stood at the counter for about 15 minutes waiting for someone to ring up my items before I ended up leaving. My guess is that the 1 employee there was in the bathroom, no sign or notice was left. This place is right next to my house and I'm just going to avoid it from now on. Horribly managed

The older gentleman working at this location is totally horrible to customers not myself but if I was spoke to the way he spoke to a woman on monday I would honestly slap that mask off his face.. please fire this idiot.

Pumps are always out of service and they never indicate it. EXTREMELY rude cashier works here; a younger woman, maybe late 20s early 30s, heavyset, acts like she doesn't want to be there and is extremely unfriendly. Really wish this location would change management or shut down.

Rude older gentleman cashier wearing a mask is the only negative aspect of this location. He should try to be pleasant ish.

Highly DON'T recommend! This has to be the worst store you could possibly stop at. I live close by , so every now and then I stop here in a rush. However , today was the LAST time I'll ever spend a cent at this establishment. The customer service is literally 0/10. I walked in today , asked the last for x amount on pump x. She looked at me dead in my face , and walked off the other guy behind her (behind the counter) , looked at me , looked at her , and proceeded to help me! However customer service is ALWAYS this bad. Like ALWAYS!!! They never have anything , always out of everything. Just don't come here. It's clear the owners DGAF , the employees DGAF. QT IS DOWN THE STREET JUST GO THERE !!!

I think the man that works late at night is on drugs. He won't sell lotto tickets is constantly telling people that they can't back in because he's been robbed. One time I walked over in a ice storm didn't want to drive and slip on ice I only live across the street he told me he wouldn't serve me because he didn't see my car pull in. The guy is a lunatic either that or the meth has finally gotten to him!!!

This is my neighborhood 7-11. The workers aren’t very friendly and the restroom is DIRTY. If you need to use the restroom go anywhere else. I should’ve taken pictures. The whole place needs to be remodeled
