I stopped to get gas when I walk in the employee is talking to a gentleman that's sitting on the crates. I was not acknowledged no. Hello, no nothing. As I walk to get a drink The floors are filthy. The fountain area is pop everywhere . Sticky counters the coolers aren't fronted. When I walk up to the counter I make a comment to the employee which is a gentleman and I didn't get his name.Said your store ISNT too clean, is it?He's SAID no, it's not. so I said you should take pride in it. HE Didn't say goodbye.Thank you.Have a good day or nothing. If you need help, I mA PREVIOUS 711 employee.I can show you how it's done on third shift

I shop here often for quick in and out, but today, there was an employee that went above and beyond for me. Heather, thank you so much for your kindness, attention to detail and helpfulness!! The world needs more people like you!! I hope the corporate people at 7-11 recognize this in you!!

Probably the last time I’ll ever pump gas at this location. I was paying out of cash as usual at pump 11, and the pump didn’t want to start. Then this worker from the intercom said he was working on updating it. For some reason it took longer, and I went back inside to ask if they want me to change pump locations. Then this old guy employee was shouting at me saying before asking to switch pumps and screamed to put the nozzle back. He never specify that to me through the intercom. Never in my life was shouted for misdirections. That old employee was so rude, and I intended to be rude back for his failure to tell me to put the nozzle back through the intercom. It would have saved us both time if he was specific instead of me going back to the 7 Eleven store ?.

Yeehaw! I love 7 Eleven! I’m a sassy black woman with pride, and they know how to handle this cargo! Everyday, I buy 11 donuts to eat out in the parking lot! I would get 12 but I’m on a diet! Don’t fat shame me baby! I can tell you’re judging me… stop. Stop. STOP! I don’t like it! Nuh uh not one bit! Imma throw these five stars at you haters like a ninja! I wish I had more, say 30! And no I don’t want you if you can’t count to 30!

My usual commute starts anywhere from 3-4 am. Every time I try to stop here, there's "kids" or a handful of people sitting on the counter. Not sure if they l work here or not, it's just a bit odd to see 3-5 guys just sitting there blocking the counter

This is really one of the worst 7/11s I’ve experienced. Been here a few times and the fridges don’t work, and the bathrooms are disgusting. I can’t go again. The one on old Decatur is much better and isn’t too far

Just tired to get a soda and the store was closed. The guy behind the window said they were closed. My roommate had had this issues a dozen times as well. Of the store is t going to be open 24 hours change the hours.

There is always something wrong with this location. Soda machines have been out of commission for almost a month. Still can't get fountain drinks. Gas pumps are not always working, they need to do a better job at stocking food and drinks. Oh and their credit card machines are always broken. These are all issues and need to be addressed and taken care of immediately. All the other 1 star reviews pretty much cover everything. Very disappointed with this 7 eleven.

AWFUL SERVICE AND THE MANAGER, HOLLY WAS VERY RUDE! PUMP STUCK AND SPILLED OVER $8 GAS ALL OVER SHOES AND CLOTHES. HIS SHOES ARE RUINED. CLERK RAN OUT SAID THAT IT HAD DONE IT BEFORE AND APOLOGIZED TO MY SON. THEY CLEANED IT UP, PUT A BAG OVER IT AND OUT OF ORDER SIGN. TOOK MY SON'S INFO SAID THEY WOULD HAVE A MANAGER CALL. I CALLED. TOLD ITS AN EXXON ISSUE AND TO BAD. CALLED 7/11 CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FILED COMPLAINT AND WILL DISPUTE CHARGE WITH AMEX. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER 7/11 AGAIN. STOP BLAMING EXXON WHEN ITS AT YOUR STORE AND YOU PROVIDE THE GAS AND PAY EXXON TO HAVE IT THERE.

Worst 7 11 of all time and should have the option for no stars. Every time I go here, it just reminds me why I we dont visit here. Me and my wife had separate lotto transactions. After I paid for the drinks and my lotto tickets, my wife tried to cash her tickets, and the girl walked to the other register and yelled next. I advised her, "Excuse me, we are not done." her response was that I had to get the line down. Whelp, the next two people had lottery tickets. 7 11, it's not our fault you all are under staffed great example of why customer service is lost. Sure, she is tired and overworked, but not my concern in a first come, first served store and didn'thave to be rude. Oh yea, I asked was she by herself and she advised the other person was in the cooler , go figure. Shame on you 7-11. They need a QT between these two 7-11's. And 7- 11 no need to comment just do better for your next customer. Thanks
