They are lazy rude and the store is dirty if you have a lot of items they will refuse to ring it up and say that they're already scanned out they have an attitude like they don't want to be there like if someone was forcing them to in the morning and long lines they can have two cashiers but only one will work and the other one will sit down on the phone talking to somebody about what they did last night I would not recommend the store even if you need gas because if they have more than three people you're going to wait in line into the person is ready to assist you I tried using the app and all the lady had to do was rescan it and she told me that we were past that that it's too late either buy it or leave I wasn't going to get rude with the older lady so I just left the product their 7/11 sold to a different company and now I see why also there's no point in calling corporate on them because it just goes to the manager there and all she does is laugh about it

This place has gone completely downhill. The employee was smoking weed while helping customers, the bathroom had no soap (or even dispenser!!) and no toilet paper.

Somehow this location makes random hours. Expect this place to be closed after 11. The workers just lock the door and walk away.

This 7 eleven is not good because the lady is mean and I gave her 38 for gas and she only put 28 and she got mad.

I like 7-Eleven but employees here they're so unprofessional especially a lady with curly hair try to act like she own the store and that's why sometimes bigger stores are better they always have change and they don't give you attitude

2.00$ for a big gulp. You cannot be serious 7-11. This place has been trash for years now and y'all expect me to pay almost as much as what the whataburger up the street charges for a drink twice the size? On top of y'all having the most expensive gas in the area? I went in today, the reward system was down, they were using one register and the other person not working the register was sitting on her phone, and y'all have the audacity to charge 2.00$ for a medium fountain drink? Do not tell me to respond to you, it's been two years and based on how many complaints you have vs. how nothing has changed in TWO YEARS I don't care to deal with 7-11 anymore. Fix your garbage store, everyone in this neighborhood hates that 7-11.

Probably the worst 711 in north Texas!!!! There is never any food, gas, or anything else. Who is the district manager here????, nobody at this location is held accountable for anything! The trash is always full, no gas , no hot dogs no nothing!!!! The workers don't care here and yet the manager does nothing absolutely NOTHING!!!!! I hope it goes under .

Awful employees here. The majority of the time they have music blaring behind the counter. The last three times I have gone in there they are so busy talking to themselves they do not say one word to you even when you pay for your things.

I was refused to be able to buy scratch ticket at 10:07 pm on a Tuesday. The one girl took one look at me and refused me service. I will be contacting management and talking to my lawyer for being discriminated against.
