Parked in their lot and went to grab lunch. They did not have any visible signs indicating this lot was private. Came out from lunch and saw about 8 cars including mine with a warning sticker that the car would be towed. Sticker did not come off easy at all and caused damage to my window in the process of removing it. Took pictures of my vehicle and the lack of signage in this lot. Predatory business practices would be in line with the rest of the one star reviews here.

They were the only place open at 3:00 a.m. in the morning. The gentleman running registering very agitated and needed. He was great at giving directions to get me back where I need to be.

I’m a regular customer and shop here about 4 times a week as it’s convenient to my home. I LOVE using the app for my reward points and the amazing deals you have. The employee Chris is always nice and helpful with making me hot foods overnight at my request. Over the past few months I have come into this location about 6 times and each one of those times BILL (Caucasian older male; grey hair) the employee always says “oh I can’t make the wings I’m cleaning the oven” I would understand once in awhile but EVERYTIME when he’s working it’s down or getting cleaned??? when I walked in nothing was getting cleaned he was talking to a customer whom comes in every night and gets free coffee and talk to bill for HOURS. That’s bizarre to me as I’m a paying customer wanting to purchase wings. Why promote and put flyers promoting the boneless wings if you are not serving them??? Not to mention bill gives out free drinks and merchandise to homeless people who he allows to stand infront of the business begging for money and change from customers walking in and out. It’s always an issue with bill as I feel he turns away a lot of money from paying customer due to his laziness. This needs to be addressed by management as you can review the camera footage from 11/20/2023 around 4:15-4:30am !!!!

It's great having a convenience store in walking distance. Sure the stuff is overpriced compared to Walmart or even target, but you pay for the convenience. However, the staff is always a hassle to deal with. Specifically an older white lady who seems drunk half the time. I've seen her actually drink on the job. She will tell you her life problems, curse, be rude to customers, slow as Christmas, and always complaining about something. I don't want to hear how you hate your job and need a smoke break instead of getting my transaction correct. For instance, there was a promo and she couldn't figure out how to get it to work and said "well I guess it's expired" so I brought her the sign and showed her and she complained the entiiiiire time until she figured it out. Then after she was giving her personal opinion on a couple's relationship behind me and said "oh I've had a f*cking sh*ty day today, don't mind me. I just need a cigarette" I try to be empathetic because hey she's in her 50s working at 7-11 and seems to have a hard life, but she has no boundaries on what she'll say! Having said all that, the owners are awesome and very sweet people. I'm glad to see them when they're working. It's actually a huge relief! They even make the trek when it's snowing and everything is closed down. Clean store too, just wish the people they hired were just as good as them!

This is usually a good store. There is lady that works evenings that is very rude. The other day I bought a pepperoni pizza. My girlfriend asked for pepperoni then the woman who I'm guessing is owner's wife there told him to make a pepperoni pizza. My girlfriend was given a pizza and we walked to the museum to have lunch but when I sat down it was the wrong pizza. I took it the few blocks back to return it and was treated very badly. They then gave me single pizza slices that were expired from the place where they keep the food warm. We ate the old pizza happily in love at the museum, it was pepperoni... Why go into a business that you can not handle, that's like drinking poison. How much education is needed to be good at customer service? Yours truly and forever a 7/11 supporter Angel Soria... Thank you ❤️!

The owner has a volatile temper and screams at customers. The employees are great, but I feel really sympathetic for them if they have to work for someone like this. Do not shop here, the man is a total tyrant who shouldn't be working with the general public. I'm currently working construction across the street and witnessed him yelling at a customer. I heard the entire conversation and I was appalled. Been coming here for years but I will not support a business that treats people this way.

PLEASE get rid of the rude women who now seems to be there every time I go in. I loved going here and seeing Chris and Dustin. They’re always friendly and respectful to all guests. This woman has a pretty obvious substance abuse problem and is barely able to function at some points. Last night she didn’t give the person in front of me change and acted like the woman was the issue. Then I go to check out and she obviously see’s I’m trying to use apple pay but was nodding off and not pushing her screen to payment. She is frequently rude to homeless people and local residents alike. I come into this location about 3 times a week and it seems like she is working more and more and I’m seeing less of the other workers who make the location a welcoming environment. The last few times I’ve been she is talking on the phone and making comments like “ughh here comes another one” as you walk through the door. I hope a real person and not a robot responds because this woman is AWFUL. To ensure you know who I’m talking about: it’s older woman with dark hair, always has false lashes that look barely there and had her arm wrapped from an injury for a few weeks up until about a week ago.

Just came back from the 7-Eleven where the husband and wife owners work. Absolutely furious, a homeless man went inside for a Big gulp which is only 89 cents with the phone number, $1.40 without. He asked the wife to put in the phone number and she began berating him telling him we're not like other 7-Elevens and don't ask for her phone number. All he had was $1 bill so I offered to pay for the drink and she put her hand near my face in order to silence me so she can continue arguing with him. It's over 100° outside and all this guy wanted was a drink. Yeah he's homeless but he didn't look gross and he wasn't acting like a j**** I work at the 7-Eleven at Forest Park boulevard and I've never treat my customers this way. The husband and wife always seem like they're frustrated and ready to argue I will not be going back.

Absolutely incredible employees. Been stopping by for many years. I’m unbelievably disgusted how the owners do not think it’s important a 3rd shift worker needs a 2nd person. Always one. On 7th, btwn 10-3am, absurd. For whatever reason the owners only work 1st shift, side by side, mon thru fri.

I love 7-11 for the most part, but y'all hire the laziest, and rudest employees I've ever met in my life and it doesn't matter what time of day or even what location, You go to any 7-11 and 9 times out of 10 the employee is either lazy or just flat out rude. So you should train your employees on good customer service. At least tell them to fake it until they make it and freaking smile sometimes. You seriously need to take a look at the type of people you hire and give them some kind of incentive to be good to the customers. Besides that 7-11 has great products, and sales plus I live the reward points. The 7-11app is awesome except it's a little confusing and not used friendly for most. Love the rewards more so if I knew how to use them right. Thank you for your time, and attention. Keep your head up, and make the most out of every opportunity in life!!

I've gotten cups of ice from the fountain there on several occasions. Everytime there is black specks of dirt in the ice. I've told several clearks and they won't do anything about it. This is a health hazard. It looks like mold in the ice.
