Have been there a handful of times in 7 years and each time I was disappointed. The last time I went, it was 2 days before my bday and the guy doing my nails couldn't get the nail on my left thumb right. I always get gel which is fairly simple to do. The nail just didn't look right and after he tried to fix it a few times I told him it was fine bc he wouldn't ask anyone else in the shop for assistance and i has been sitting there for awhile.(There were a couple of others that weren't doing anything there at that time)
The next day after eating, I noticed there was space between the fake nail and my real nail on that thumb and food had gotten stuck in the space, so I used a floss pik to clean it. I went bk to the shop and he wasn't in, which I was fine with bc I didn't want him to try to fix it again anyway.
The ladies in the shop said that they remembered me being there but since he did my nails only he could fix it and would be back in, in another 2 days from then. I just never went back after that. The worst service

I really LOVE Fivestar nails &spa. The staff is amazing and polite. Holly (owner) is my favorite eye lash tech. She does an amazing job and she's quick with getting my lashes done 45-1hr. My lashes are done always done with excellence. She offers sensitive glue for this with allergies and eye sensitivity. She also does my nails with excellence also. Don't hesitate going here for LASHES and NAILS! You definitely won't regret it!
