“Had a blowout heading West on I-10 in the middle of the night and had my car towed to Wiest (down the street). Wiest didn't have my tire in stock, so I called here to Bill Williams. Frank assisted and he was courteous and professional and even went above and beyond by taking my purchased tire down the street to Wiest! Great, speedy customer service! Thanks, Frank!”
“Joel from Five Star Tires is awesome! He and his team were the only ones in town that had the tires we needed the day we called. Joel and his team literally are available 24/7 - our tire blew on the 10 fwy the night prior at like 10pm and luckily we were able to get by with our spare that night but when we had called AAA for help that night, they said that if we needed to get tires in the middle of the night, Joel would help us out. We met him the next day and he really deserves 5 stars! He was super knowledgeable and friendly and his prices were as fair as the prices we got quoted thru Costco a few weeks prior (not that there was a Costco anywhere nearby where we were…nor would they have serviced us in the middle of the night). We were traveling to and from LA - had driven over 6k miles over the course of nearly 50 days when this happened, and had another 1100 miles to go. We don’t live in Fort Stockton but if we did, we would totally get tires from Joel again in the future! Thanks for all your help Joel!”

“At 7:30 AM, as we were packing up our Fifth Wheel for the day's drive, we noticed the tread was peeling off one of our trailer tires. The clerk at a gas station recommended Bill Williams. We pulled in with no appointment at 8:00 AM, they looked at the tire and said it definitely needed to be replaced. After looking at the other tires, we decided to replace all four. They had them in stock, immediately went to work, and we were on our way in about an hour. Thank you!”

“Sooo thankful for these wonderful young men! We picked up a nail during a long trip & still had over 60 miles to go when the tire began struggling to hold air. These guys were closing up . . . really probably closed already . . . but were so gracious to still help us with the tire. They were quick & thorough.
