I only have Thurs & Fri off work, which they only take appts for Thurs. Have tried for weeks to get an appt & couldn't get in. Tried a couple times to walk in, but would have had to wait at least a couple hours. Friday is first come first serve, but even getting there before they open, had a long queue. Very rude on the phone & in person. Sucks they are pretty much the only place in town. Will not be going back! Would rather drive to Odessa if necessary!

I went at 6:17 PM which they close at 7 PM. I open the door and the lady sitting there said, sorry, we’re closed. She could of asked what was needed which was just a eyebrow wax. What eyebrow wax takes 43 minutes?
