Had to put the inlaws up for the night due to a vehicle break down. They said the place was very accommodating. Room was very nice and clean.

Frankly, I am shocked this hotel doesn't have daily five-star reviews. The staff has been super friendly, literally every single person I've talked to. I am a young, solo female traveler who didn't come in until midnight. The parking lot was so well lit, I felt incredibly safe. Walking into the building it smells clean, is well lit. My room was exactly as pictured online which very rarely happens. Check in took only minutes. The shower head is the best I've ever used, ever. My room is clean. The free breakfast was hands down the best continental breakfast I've had at a hotel for this price. Pancakes made to order, legit hot cinnamon rolls, biscuits and gravy, omelets, bacon, sausage, three different juice choices. I only paid $112 for the night. Honestly, I can't recommend My experience here high enough. I've stayed in many West Texas hotels and this one far and above exceeded my expectations.Rooms: Clean, comfortableSafety: The parking lot was very well lit. It felt very safe

The young woman who works the Front desk went quickly to the back out of sight when she saw me come in. After waiting awhile, I had to call out, " is anyone here" several times before she came back and when she did return she had a real bad attitude. (Like what to you want kind of attitude).I said, I had a reservation, she asked my name then she said, I can't find it, I got my phone out and showed her my confirmation number. Then she put me in a room on the 2nd floor, I then requested a room on the top floor and she said the room can't be changed. So, I left and went to the room. After settling in. I went to turn on the television and there was no remote control. So, I called the front desk and someone said they would send a remote to my room but after 30 minutes no one came. So, I went to a house keeper down the hall and asked for a remote as I did the maintenance man came out of a room and said,I have it and will have to reprogram it. So he tried several times but it wasn't working correctly, the channels would change but the sound on the remote didn't work and you couldn't turn it off.No big deal, Unplug the tv from the wall. Then I tried to go to sleep. But, I think a professional wrestling team was practicing in the room upstairs. I called the front desk again and a very friendly man answered and said he would call them to see what was going on. They finally quited down after the call. I would not recommend this hotel for rest, relaxation or sleep.

Front desk representative was both rude and inept, which is the worst combination. She couldn’t find our reservation and made us call IHG, acting like she didn’t think we even had one. IHG rep calls her and tells her how to search for it. She immediately gets angry at being proven wrong, wouldn’t look at us, and didn’t offer any apology. Later, I called to ask for an extra pillow, and she tells me “I have other jobs to do.” as she is premaking keys that can wait until later. Worst treatment I’ve ever had at a hotel. IHG Diamond member.

They actually leave your receipt at your door like the old days when they did that. Can’t tell you how many IHGs don’t do this simple take of providing a receipt. I usually have to take 15 minutes to get my receipt from the front desk.

They assigned us a room that wasn’t clean. Cleaning staff tried to reach the front desk to resolve the issue but they wouldn’t answer. I finally decided to go back and let them know and had to wait again in line to get another room. The person at the front desk was not helpful. We chose this hotel because of the pool, however the pool was not usable due to an infestation of flying ants. I wish they had let us know when we arrived and we would have gone to another hotel. Poor customer service. I should have taken a picture of all the ants.Rooms: Assigned room that wasn’t ready, took awhile to correct

The breakfast was great. They had a manager's happy hour in the evening with free beer, chips, and queso. The beds were very comfy. The staff was great! The only negative was that we had some noisy people above us, and the floor/ceiling creaked. Next time, we will request a third floor room.Food & drinks: Happy Hour was just what we needed to relax after hours on the road.

Did not meet our expectations! This place is not welcoming for a long distance traveler. Two out of 3 ice machines not working and the guests laundry was not working . We had to run to a laundromat. I asked if they had a freezer to keep some food frozen and I was told you can use the tiny one in the room. Refrigerator in room was missing all the door shelving and of course the door on the small freezer. Not a great place and worst on our month and a half trip.

Easy check in with nice front staff. Room was clean. AC, WIFI, TV, Bathroom and bed were all fine. Lots of parking available. Breakfast was excellent with cheese omelets, cinnamon rolls, coffee, milk, fruit, bagels etc. Lady who was working the breakfast area was very nice and kept everything clean and well stocked. I will stay here again when passing through Ft. Stockton.

I had called ahead of my trip, unaware at that time about the "ICE STORM". When I finally got there the Staff was very, very friendly. One staff member had given my first floor room to someone else, but true to Holiday Inn standards, because of the mix up, they credited my stay n refunded me $50.00.Rooms: Very clean n not out dated.Safety: The "ICE STORM" had hit Fort Stockton, TX. When I arrived, the staff had put SALT by the entrance so no one slip n fall.

When in Fort Stockton this is where I stay. The place is super clean and the staff is what makes the stay the best. Marissa is the one who handles our reservation. She is the absolute best when it comes to hospitality. Jeremiah is super welcoming. The place to stay hands down.

Nice HIE with newer flooring instead of carpet. Convenient size bathroom that worked for two people. This was a travel stop for one night and suited us just fine. The computer was down when we arrived but we were given rooms and that didn't present a problem. We stopped by the desk on the way out.

I have stayed many nights here at the Holiday Inn Fort Stockton. The entire staff is super friendly and welcoming. Jeremiah has been courteous at every check in and check out. He accommodated a special request that I didn’t think would be possible but he made it happen. Mayra is always very polite and has made sure we get a room promptly and always clean. Thank you so much Mayra! Marissa is the one that usually takes care of our reservation. She has made great recommendations for places to visit and dine. She is most friendly and makes our stay pleasant and comfortable. Thank you very much Marissa. The place itself stays super clean and the ammeneties are always up to the best standards. What makes this my go to stay is the staff and how I am treated while I am a guest at Holiday Inn. Thank you all once again and we will see you again soon!

Property caters to oilfield services, and it shows. Cleanliness wasn’t great, room conditions were sub par compared to other HIE properties. No coffee cups, no TP, noisy, and breakfast had limited selections. Next time, I’ll stop in the Ozona HIE.
