Everytime FedEx misdelivers a package, I create a case, and never (NEVER EVER) hear BACK from them with the status or update. They clearly don't care about claims, they prefer to ignore them and have you jump through hoops to get refunds and replacement shipments. Pretty sad because I never have this issue with UPS.
