I had a blowout in Imperial, TX and I called and spoke with Frankie and he sent a gentleman named Saul. They had me back on the road within an hour. Very Professional and Polite. Hopefully I won't have any more tire problems but if i do I know who I'm going to call in that area again.

These fellows got out in the cold and changed all four tires for us. Along with putting the spare back in the rack underneath the truck. Did all quickly & accurately.Totally appreciate it. Five stars.Sure beats some other businesses in the area!Thanks guys!

Such a friendly shop and incredibly helpful! We are traveling to New Mexico and wanted to get our tires checked out. Turns out 3 of our 4 brand new tires had issues. They assisted us, free of charge, and thoughtfully cautioned us on safe travels.

At 7:30 AM, as we were packing up our Fifth Wheel for the day's drive, we noticed the tread was peeling off one of our trailer tires. The clerk at a gas station recommended Bill Williams. We pulled in with no appointment at 8:00 AM, they looked at the tire and said it definitely needed to be replaced. After looking at the other tires, we decided to replace all four. They had them in stock, immediately went to work, and we were on our way in about an hour. Thank you!

Couldn't be happier with our experience here! We had a blowout when leaving Big Bend and this shop was able to take care of us in no time. I couldn't believe how fast they were getting the job done. Everyone at the shop was super friendly and the customer service was top notch!If you need any tire work done this is the place to go!

I too had a tire blow on my Fifthwheel 40 miles west of town. Call one tire shop in town and they didn’t have the exact tires in stock and weren’t sure if the could install them if they did. Called Bill Williams shop and they had the tires and were able to install them once I got there at 4pm. Frankie was excellent to deal with. The techs had the tires replaced in 30 minutes and reinstalled my spare under the trailer for me. Because I’m Canadian and have to pay the exchange rate on anything I purchase in the US Frankie gave me a bit of a break on the final bill. Fantastic guys to deal with.

Only place close to teraligua to get over sized tires had some issues once we arrived to bog bend and had to limp in from teraligua to 295 65 20 tire No one else in teraligua/ alpine/ marfa had tires this is your place just have to make the drive

Isaac helped me out when I ran over a huge deck screw while filling up my car on a family road trip. They could have totally taken advantage of a family far from home with not much time before closing at sunset, but he was able to remove the screw and patch up my tire in just 30 minutes for just $20.This place was a godsend and the guys were friendly and professional.

I definitely give this whole crew 5 stars. I had a blowout on the Interstate in my camper-van and got the runaround from my Roadside Assistance service - Luckily, I called up Bill Williams Tire Center in Fort Stockton finally, and they totally saved the day. Even though it was close to closing time for them, they made a special trip to help me jack up my beastly vehicle and put on my spare. Then, they escorted me back to town, making sure I made it ok. When I realized I really needed to replace all the tires for this big road trip, they gave me a really fair price and had a team stay after hours to get me back on the road. Every staff member was professional, efficient, and helpful. Thanks again to their team for getting me safely on my way!
