“The Alamo was the only place we could find near Big Bend that was open on a Saturday afternoon, so we gave it a shot and were SO happy we did!
They got us back on the road in roughly an hour despite a fair bit of business & customer service was great. There was a nice, smoke free, air conditioned space to wait indoors plus a covered patio with a picnic table outside. Our 2 new tires got us safely across the country and were reasonably priced. There is a 4% fee for credit cards but that’s not their fault- just sharing so if someone wants to avoid the fee bring cash. Highly recommended!”
“Brandon went way above and beyond, he opened up his shop and repaired my vehicle during the middle of the night. So that I'd be able to go to work at 6:30 am the next day with my own repaired vehicle. He charged a good and honest price and did a very good job repairing my car.”

“Sooo thankful for these wonderful young men! We picked up a nail during a long trip & still had over 60 miles to go when the tire began struggling to hold air. These guys were closing up . . . really probably closed already . . . but were so gracious to still help us with the tire. They were quick & thorough. We made it home safely, & the patched tire is still doing great a week later!”
“At 7:30 AM, as we were packing up our Fifth Wheel for the day's drive, we noticed the tread was peeling off one of our trailer tires. The clerk at a gas station recommended Bill Williams. We pulled in with no appointment at 8:00 AM, they looked at the tire and said it definitely needed to be replaced. After looking at the other tires, we decided to replace all four. They had them in stock, immediately went to work, and we were on our way in about an hour. Thank you!”

“Great place to break down. Fast and courteous repair tech. He showed up eager and ready to jump into a difficult electrical problem. Had it resolved and we were on our way without any difficulties. He did however find a terrible transmission leak which held us up 3 days to get parts. Well because they're in the middle of Nowhere. Very pleased even had them do a oil ,fuel filter and complete transmission service.”
