“My husband had to replace our vehicle’s alternator while we were traveling. We stopped at the AutoZone in Fort Stockton. The entire staff was extremely helpful and patient as he installed the new alternator. A big thank you to all of the staff at AutoZone Fort Stockton!”

“I want the management of this store to know that this review is in regard to the efforts and dedication of their employee "JOE".I am in Sanderson, TX and have a job that has to be completed that required quite a few parts and what I could not get from the main supplier, I called NAPA in Ft Stockton to see if they could supply the rest. When I called, I had the distinct pleasure of speaking with JOE.JOE and I went over my list of what I needed (item by item) and he took the time and effort to check each item to see what was in stock (price, quantity) and what wasn't and would need to be ordered. What did need to be ordered, he informed me at that time of where it would come from and when it would arrive and the price.We went over the schedule of when it would need to be picked up, by whom and what would be involved. JOE worked with me all the way and went to the extent of contacting me and informing me of the status of the order.Today, the order was picked up and everything went well. He contacted me and made sure all was as it should be.My hats off to NAPA management for hiring such an outstanding employee, this is an advantage for the company and because of Joe, I will choose to do business with NAPA in the future and I will look forward to JOE's help again.Thank you Joe! “Mario and his team made a difficult situation bearable for 5 hours!
I was passing through Ft Stockton on a road trip from TX to AZ when my truck started having issues. We (including a dog) spent 5 hours at Advanced Auto attempting to fix the truck. The store manager Mario was extremely helpful and hospitable, allowing us too cool off inside and assisting me with my problem. Mario not only provided his expertise but called a friend for further troubleshooting. Later he even bought us some waters to drink. Extremely grateful for everything this store did for us!”
“Ramsey gave me a quote based on some photos I sent him. Dropped off the truck with the patch panel and he had it welded up the next day. He charged me what he quoted. It's sad that a person or company doing what they say they will do, in the time frame they give, and for the price they quote is exceptional these days but it seems to be. Very happy with this company and the work they did for me.”
“I was traveling home from my vacation and my car broke down on a Friday night (of course). On Saturday morning the owner called in an off duty technician to come in and help us get going. He was so nice and came to the hotel to get us going.”

“I was on a long cross-country road trip about 6 weeks ago when my alternator unexpectedly went out on me just outside of town. I limped into town and made it to this O'Reilly's location. It's too long of a story to mention all about how I eventually ended up getting the repair done but it wouldn't have happened (especially on my tight timeline) had it not been for the help of all the extremely kind and helpful employees at this location.
Jovann, in particular, is AN ABSOLUTE SAINT!!! Going "above and beyond" doesn't even begin to give her 1/10,000th of the credit for how much she helped me in my time of need. Had it not been for her kindness, empathy, knowledge and assistance I don't know what I would've done! She's an absolute legend and I hope to be able to properly pay her back one day.”
