“I called to check on some shocks to see if they had them in stock, and they verified that they did, so I drove in from Alpine to pick them up. Then, they called the shop for me and found a place to put them on same day, right after I pick them up. Great customer service!”

“Ramsey gave me a quote based on some photos I sent him. Dropped off the truck with the patch panel and he had it welded up the next day. He charged me what he quoted. It's sad that a person or company doing what they say they will do, in the time frame they give, and for the price they quote is exceptional these days but it seems to be. Very happy with this company and the work they did for me.”

“I want the management of this store to know that this review is in regard to the efforts and dedication of their employee "JOE".I am in Sanderson, TX and have a job that has to be completed that required quite a few parts and what I could not get from the main supplier, I called NAPA in Ft Stockton to see if they could supply the rest. When I called, I had the distinct pleasure of speaking with JOE.JOE and I went over my list of what I needed (item by item) and he took the time and effort to check each item to see what was in stock (price, quantity) and what wasn't and would need to be ordered. What did need to be ordered, he informed me at that time of where it would come from and when it would arrive and the price.We went over the schedule of when it would need to be picked up, by whom and what would be involved. JOE worked with me all the way and went to the extent of contacting me and informing me of the status of the order.Today, the order was picked up and everything went well. He contacted me and made sure all was as it should be.My hats off to NAPA management for hiring such an outstanding employee, this is an advantage for the company and because of Joe, I will choose to do business with NAPA in the future and I will look forward to JOE's help again.Thank you Joe! “Alissa, Alison and Erin were great! Traveling from Austin to Deming New Mexico and my service engine light came on! These girls were amazing at helping me find out what the problem was and then directing me to a fabulous mechanic who was able to get my car fixed right away! These girls deserve a raise! They went above and beyond to help a stranger in their town from out of town. If you're ever driving down I-10 and need to stop at an AutoZone, I definitely recommend this one”
