Scheduled my appointment a week in advance. I went and dropped off my truck before 8:00 am. on the day of the appointment. Called at 4:30 pm. to get an update, and the tech said they didn't have a chance to look or work on the truck because they had some stuff come up. Never got a call or an update about the truck. Would highly recommend going either to Ford or Dodge. The service that was provided (or lack of) was unacceptable!

Had a car towed and spoke to service 3 times to insure the vehicle was left out if they couldn’t fix it so we could grab it and tow it to our next destination for repairs as we are traveling in our motor home. We were insured they would be open till 6pm but they left early and essentially held us captive over a holiday weekend. Our tow guy actually got hold of a worker and they said they didn’t know to leave it out. As an update after FB messaging some called and will have the car out front for us. Apparently they were gonna pull it out in the morning but we were not communicated that information.

Had our car towed there and 3 times spoke to the service department that day to insure that we had access to the car if they could not fix it in time before the holiday. They assured us they would call with an update. They were supposed to be open till 6pm. Started calling for an update at 445pm no answer. Tow worker called someone he knows. They closed early and did NOT leave our car out to grab and tow to our next destination. So now we are out 3 days of our trip and money due to their inability to communicate properly. I would defiantly use one of the other Chevy dealers. Or if your towing your car behind a motorhome, just go to another town. I guess they take advantage of out of town folk.

Had an oil pan replaced here. It was not installed correctly and the truck started leaking. They did not warranty their work. When trying to handle the situation with the service advisor they where rather rude.

We were traveling through the south pulling a 25' travel trailer. The tow vehicle was my 2015 Chevy Silverado pickup truck. While driving I 10 W, my service engine light came on. I pulled into Fort Stockton and drove to the Chevy dealership. Kristopher the Service Manager listened to our concerns and took care of us right away. He got us in right away and they ran diagnostics. The diagnostics found I needed a new oil pump. $2,300 including 10 hours of labor! Not many choices so I said go ahead and fix it. They put us ahead of other appointments and started this job and found that instead of a new pump, it was actually a damaged oil filter. They called me and told me the great news and they had my truck running in no time and we were in our way continuing our trip across Texas. Thank you Kristopher for your honesty and attending to wearying travelers needs. If I lived in the area, I would use your service regularly and probably even purchase my next vehicle at your dealership!

I would not recommend this place for a vehicle inspection, I took my truck there yesterday and they failed the vehicle due to a “Faulty” parking brake vehicle, I payed the $7 dollars for the inspection regardless and today I took my truck to the stockton ford dealership and they passed the vehicle (which I didn’t make any changes to since the vehicle was dependable)The person inspecting the vehicles at this place had failed 4 vehicles for the same issue in the SAME day!They need to re-evaluate there vehicle inspector or recognize that not every vehicle is going to operate the same and to notice the slight differences in functionality between multiple makes and models.

Wish I could give this place zero stars. The mechanics and service department will absolutely lie to your face and price gouge anyone in the oilfield. They were the most unhelpful dealership I have ever had business with. I have herd this same review by many people after my experience with them. Be careful, not an honest business.
