I was traveling through Ft. Stockton after a long trip and needed towing. AAA sent John and he was so pleasant and showed up quickly. I highly recommend using his services. I wish I could give 10 stars ?

On Sunday, 10/15/23, we needed our Jeep towed from the Best Western in Fort Stockton to Ram Country Dodge due to our Jeep having issues while driving back home to Arizona. We had the pleasure to work with Micheal. Our roadside assistance told us the wait would be 55-85 min, but Micheal was there within 30 minutes. He was very polite and respectful. Thank you Micheal for your help and quickness to responding to our needs.

We broke down on a FM road wwwaaayyy off the Interstate. Contacted Aero-Tex and they showed up, hooked up and towed our pickup truck to the repair shop. They kept us apprised of their location (how long until they got there, where they were and when they dropped it off) all through the process. The driver was courteous and nice. Thank you for dispelling all of the stereotypes of a tow truck driver.I would recommend them to anyone.

Wouldn’t recommend at all called triple a and they told me that this company told them at 9 and 3 hours later still waiting on the side of I-10w thank God a Good Samaritan pass by to give me gas I called and nothing straight to voicemail wouldn’t recommend for an emergency service was on a cross country trip from New Jersey

This man was my hero today. While driving cross country from Florida I stopped for gas in my new truck and when I attempted to drive off after filling up, it wouldn’t turn over. I called roadside assistance and was floored by not only his professionalism but his kindness and beyond prompt arrival. He was probably the quickest and kindest tow truck driver I’ve ever encountered. Truly wish there were more people in the world like him.

Josh helped us out above and beyond on a holiday. He deserves a bonus from the company. Great value, very responsive and easy to contact. John the boss was helpful and respectful of our situation.

I give John 4 1/2 stars. He is exceptional in every way. The price is steep but, it is true you get what you pay for. John's knowledge and helpful attitude gave me a secure feeling in a very tumultuous time on the side of the highway in the middle of nowhere. I would recommend his company to anyone at anytime. He brought me to my hotel and made sure that I had everything I needed out of the car. Thank you gentleman John, for the reminder that honest, kind people are still out there. P.S. Big Bonus: John is a bonafide West Texas cowboy! I truly didn't know that they actually existed anymore... he is a treasure! He has two tiny sidekicks too;) Thank you again John & Co.

On our return from San Antonio our car started to overheat outside Crane, TX. Called roadside assistance through our insurance and within a half hour received a phone call from John Pierce to let us know how long he would be. He called to keep us updated on his progress to getting to us. Got to us in a timely manner and he was so kind. Making the situation better. Appreciate the professionalism and prompt attention to the problem. He got us to where we need to be. I would definitely use them and recommend them to anyone.
