I made an appointment for 12 on Saturday. Received two texts the night prior stating it was moved to 1215, and then 1245 without any coordination with me. I arrived just after 12 when they opened for Pedro to tell me my appointment is now at 1, and to wait for him to finish with the gentleman he was working with. I waited, but called another H&R Block (on Broadway) and they were able to see me same day within the hour. So I told Pedro to cancel my appointment. He asked if I wanted him to delete my files. I said no. He rudely responded in a louder tone “why, if I’m not going it?”. I told him because I was going to another H&R Block. He waved me off. This place doesn’t care for customers. H&R Block is good, just not this one

I will never use H&R Block again. Worse experience since Jackson Hewitt and that's saying something.If I could rate the customer service and management lower I would. I would love to see them go out of business since improvement and customer service is the last thing this company is about!
