As an Army Proud Mom, this has been the best experience at an USO.The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They offered complementary drinks and snacks. The lounging area, movie theater, computer, and gamer room is a nice bonus amenity for our service members and their families.

From what I'm told, they say they are the biggest USO. Leave it to Texas, lol. Great staff is very helpful. I worked with all the staff throughout my few days utilizing the amenities they have to offer, and I have nothing but great things to say about them all.

I’ve spent 13 years volunteering for the Army and this USO is the by far the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They’re condescending and totally indifferent to soldiers and families.
