I had to give it 5 stars because of many reasons but mainly because the owner is so knowledgeable and knows so much about his products. One of the main reasons I will always give him my business and tell everyone to go here is because of what he did for me. My family friend is a cigar smoker and loves smoking amazing cigars and I had came in and told the owner that because I was stuck on what to get my friend. While the owner could have sold me the most expensive cigar for 50 dollars he told me to get one that was cheaper but more limited and cared more about the product than the sale or extra money. Hands down best customer service and best owner you could ask for. If I could give it 10 stars I would.

If there was a 6 star option, this place highly deserves it. Owner of the shop is highly knowledgeable with cigars and if looking for mild, flavor, etc. He will direct you to the best options you seek and will even provide you the history of the cigar, but not in a "I'll go somewhere else" type of way, but more of a "I want to learn more" and probably buy another cigar or two. Varieties of cutters, lighters and option to cut the cigar for you in the most professional way possible, will provide you matches, clean, organized and will definitely return for another cigar.

First off, I visited yesterday, looking for a good cigar place for when I visit Ft Hood. This place is very nice, clean, and seems to have a good assortment of accessories. However, I did see a nice selection of cigars albeit small, but what they did have were some nice brands. I can see making another stop at this shop.

I went on Friday and spoke with the gentlemen about the shop. He was extremely nice and we spoke about the future of the shop. I hope it works out for him. Extremely clean shop with a huge variety. I'm not concerned about the smoking in the shop like the 4 star rater prior to me. That's a poor excuse for a four star rating. I Recommended he purchase Oliva Master Blend #3. I also recommend anyone who smokes cigars to visit his shop.

This places truly deserve 6 start but...They have a wide variety of cigars, clips, lighters, matches, and many other items. But its was not the locations quality or selection, it was the incredibly friendly and knowledgeable man behind the counter. I felt welcome and informed even though I'm a bit of an amature. I even got a full tour.

I recently returned to Ft Hood for the first time since I’ve been stationed there and was thrilled to find OK Cigars in the PX. The manager, Albert, was incredible! He had great knowledge of cigars and their pairings. Albert made the experience exceptional. I will definitely return next time I’m in town.

This is by far the best cigar shop on the map. I recently returned from a deployment overseas. The owner (Albert) personally helped my team hand select the best cigars over the phone.. AND delivered them to us because we didn’t have transportation! This customer service is off the charts! I highly recommend this business for all of your quality cigar needs. Thank you sir. I look forward to doing business with you in the future. This was a great “Welcome Home.”
