My opinion is doesnt matter which option carwash you get they all come out the same. Soap spots on the car and missed spots. The vacuum sounds loud, but the suction isn't good. Gives the appearance of clean but not. Worst, the employees will walk over to you and take your card from your hand without asking to swipe it and pay then ask for a tip. It's a self service car wash!!! You only really see staff when they asking for a tip. Its not a good carwash at that! Offpost ones are better and staff are more respectful. I've given it a few tries due to by my house, but never again! Will not go here again and don't recommend it.

Either be open according to your hours or update the hours. Left the house early to get here before work to clean car only to find cones blocking the entrance. Workers were there both entrance and exit bay doors open. Hopefully the left side blowers are also fixed as last time I was there so rolled my window down to check because no water was moving and sure enough nothing blowing out of the dryers

Never gets my passenger side clean. I even watch as the brushes never seem to touch my car on that side.

I've been a member for a few years, but that ended without hesitation today. Between the constant duplicate charges and billing errors, the car wash itself is subpar. Brushes don't ever touch your car many of times and it just sprays you with soap and then rinses. Which does nothing. I went through twice today, which you could tell aggrevated them. Because after the second attempt and car now just dirty (muddy) and wet i got out with a napkin to wipe off the dirt from my hood and I pulled off to the space without the vacuum cleaner, away from cars and was being courteous to other people. I presume it was a manager or shift leader who swiftly approached me with an unnecessary attitude to tell me I couldn't be parked there. For absolutely no logical reasoning, and it wasn't that I was parked, it was that I was inspecting my car and wiping off what should of come off in the car wash, not in anyones way, which took me at most a minute.
Guys I know it seems convenient on base but this carwash is trash, you're throwing away your money, theres plenty of more modern car washes in town who have staff that will dry off your car and wipe bugs off your bumper going in. There's a reason this place seems cheap, and your car most likely isn't cheap. It deserves better.
Also make sure you understand how to spot fake 5-star reviews. Reviews that use well thought-out verses and first names is an immediate red flag. Those are employees and friends of employees rating themselves to win contests within a district. Don't be naive, none of us know everyones first name driving into a car wash.

Went through the car wash at Fort Hood, and it did not clean my windshield. Talked with KIA and she let me go through the second time and received outstanding Customer Service. KIA deserves a Customer Service Compliment. KIA is Very friendly Customer Service.

Canceled my membership 6 months ago because your way wasn't getting anything cleaned. Wheels and tires not touched although charging for them.
Today I decided to give a test run to see if you fixed it. Nothing changed. In fact it's worse. Only difference is price increase. Do better.
Follow up I now realize that your
management doesn't care because you're the only wash on post so you're operating off not your problem.

If I could give zero stars I would. Maybe if I would’ve read the reviews before going it would’ve Saved me the trouble and money. I got a new car two weeks ago and on Monday I came here to get a car wash because the pollen here in Texas has been horrible. Before going into the wash I asked the worker would it damage the paint or anything she said no then asked me to tip when paying before even going through. Then when I drove up the other worker barely prepped the car before sending me through. Going through the car wash didn’t get any better. I looked at my husband who was in the passenger seat and said how hard the vehicle was being hit with the brush and other parts of the wash. Coming out the car was still soaking wet and dirty in some parts. When I was drying off the car with microfiber towels I noticed some damage so I spoke to the general manager who sent me to someone else and they told me that they aren’t liable for damages because it was “inconsistent” with their car wash but reading over the reviews, It’s not.

Workers not prepping before you enter wash. All the brushes need to be replaced as there is visible wear on them, also overhead brushes not oscillating. Dryer barely pushes water off the vehicle and I had manually dry my car in the vacuum stall where I completely saturated 2 microfiber towels. Vacuums also barely have suction. This facility needs maintenance and an overhaul. I will not use this facility again until it is improved.
