“Dropped off two white gold chains for repair and was quoted a 3-day turn around. Although it did take a little longer to get my jewelry back than originally quoted, the owners worked extremely hard to make sure that I got my items back before my upcoming trip (I was on a very tight deadline). They went out of their way to make sure that I was accommodated! Also, my jewelry was fixed perfectly. 10/10 would recommend this family owned business!”

“We want to thank Mo for his advice and assistance. It is the 3rd time visiting this small business place at the Killen Mall to get service for our watches. Every time, Mo gives us his recommendation, and we have to decide to either send in the watch for service or with our permission, he tries to work on it right there. Of course, we understand we have to take chances. We think -the watch is probably trash,- which it's something we have done before, throw it away.
We take our chances and give it a try.
