They make mistakes and after that we have to spend another half a year sorting out the mistakes they made, I don't recommend this place.

Please be cautious, as Kenneth D. Barnes makes mistakes in tax returns! Make sure to double-check any documents you receive from him! He likely has poor eyesight, as he misspelled a name while transcribing from the provided documents. He has stated that since the tax return has already been submitted, it cannot be corrected. We don't trust this person, so we will still check it out.
I do not recommend this office for preparing tax returns, as errors in such important documents are unacceptable and can cause significant problems for clients. We will be contacting the IRS as well as the management of this company.

I tried doing it myself but gave up and let HRBock do it. The process was easy and the price was reasonable. I’ll definitely use them again.

Haven’t received my taxes yet asked for a call back no answer called the complaint number no managers available still i will never go back there again.

Customer Service - Great! We enjoyed having Mr. Kenneth assist us; he was very kind and knowledgeable with what we brought to the table. However, nothing was mentioned about what we could include to have the largest deductions.Pricing - Very disappointing! I called and asked how much they charged for filing. They told me $87, and at the end of our appointment, we were charged $399.99. Had they told me that over the phone, I would not have gone through with scheduling an appointment with H&R Block. Could have done the same thing for a third of the price via Turbo Tax.
