Do your research before even visiting. The prices for their furniture are more expensive than buying direct from the manufacturer. They're just a show room, you still have to wait for delivery. They will price match as long as it's not a sale and they have the item in stock.....in stock at a show room only? Ha! Looked at a piece that was atleast 10% more than going to the actual store. Doesn't make that tax free worth it when they upcharge so much.

Small furniture outlet. They have an as is section as well if you are looking to maybe complete a project on your own or may e you're a jack of all trades and can fix some minor cosmetic issues.

Absolutely tan terribly... we put in an order for a couch 3+ months ago and they told us they will call us when it comes in. So months later I call to get an update and was told "we have like 10 people in line for that Couch right now and only 1 coming in next week". So I asked if there was any idea on when we would be expecting to get a call and the woman told me "I have no idea. The first person on the list to call for this couch, placed the order in August." 9 months ago!!!! We will be looking elsewhere!

I WILL NEVER BUY FURNITURE FROM ANY MILITARY EXCHANGE EVER AGAIN!!!! Worst experience ever!!!!! Believe me when I tell you, spend the extra money and go off post to buy ANY type of furniture!!!!!! My wife and I have been waiting for 3 months now for our sectional couch!!! When they finally did deliver, the delivery people only had HALF of the couch!!!!

Will never buy furniture here again, worst experience ever! We had to find our furniture in store then purchase it on one of the computers they supply. We purchased the furniture in early July and are still waiting to get everything.... its November now, over 4 months later and it still isn't delivered. Customer service is useless and was no help at all!! Hope our delivery date doesn't keep getting pushed back.
