“My car was awfully dirty. Hadn't been deep cleaned in 9 years. (When we bought it) the detail shack made my car look new inside. They did a great job. Everything was pretty clean. I am very happy with it. The only reason I gave them 4 stars was because my seats were soaking wet when I picked it up, and it smelled like dirty carpet. I am not sure if it smells because the seats are still wet or if my car was just that gross. It was 2 days ago, and my drivers seat is still soaking through sheets and towels. I air dried it when I got home the day it was clean. And I had to do the same the next day. Hopefully, they are dry now. I do recommend the Detail Shack.I am replying to the Detail Shack. My husband brought my car in. We definitely brought it to the Detail shack in Copperas Cove. My seats were wet for three days, and the smell finally went away today.”
“I've been here a few times, and one time, I got this black residue on the hood of my car and the back of my car, and it wasn't coming off. The workers were kind enough to run me through again. The pressure of the water is just right, and I like the extra time for the dryer at the end. The residue was still there, but the young man suggested goo-gone, I believe. I went and purchased it from Autozone, used it at home, and for the most part, the smudges came off. The times I've been, haven't been too busy, and the lots are always clean, trash is always emptied. The vacuums work great, and the cover for shade is just right. I'll be back!”

“Their detailing service is the absolute best! I haven’t encountered any other hand washing service like them. It’s also super convenient to go into the mall while having your car cleaned. On the other hand, their timeliness to first appointments of the day isn’t too good. There is staff confusion about people who pull up to the actual area where washing occurs versus the designated area, which can cause delays in service. Also, they are hard to get in touch with and it’s the same experience each time I’m ready to schedule an appointment (every 2-3 months or so). They’re so good I keep trying until I finally get a response, but I’d definitely be turned off and explore other options if the quality wasn’t there.”

“Misters has been good to me the last few times I've been there. I'm not a member but I should be. I was given a thorough explanation of the issues with the wash before going in regarding my wash purchased ( machines break and outside sources cause damage aswell), the employee had also told me of the things they go through and do when I asked why a tip was necessary, and when I had an issue with the vacuums another thorough explanation on why they weren't work ( when dirt is vacuumed up and then liquid it turns into mud in the vacuum hose or bigger objects such as bags, toys, ect are vaccumed up). The team is lovely and seem to work well together. Would come back again.”

“For the past several years I've been using curbside service at a different location and recently switched to this location in hopes of a better experience. I have had nothing but very positive experiences with the curbside service personnel at the Trimmier location and I'm so thankful for them. The previous location I used literally had issues every single order. This location seems to be much more organized and well run.
