This is the spot for your american ninja warrior training. This is your climbing gym. Probably the least populated gym on base so you can just enjoy life use the equipment you want. People tend to be intimidated by the climbing equipment so if you want grip strength or upper body endurance this is the spot.

Best gym on post! The new era of ACFT is upon us and this gym is postured perfectly to assist our Soldiers. Several brand new squat racks, Olympic plates, and rigs. The gym also offers a full time staff from 3 core who offer classes each month. The wellness center is also right across the parking lot.

My favorite gym in post. It is mainly CrossFit but has recently gotten a lot of new equipment. There are tons of options for your workout and have a room in back you can reserve that is awesome. But be sure to disinfect your equipment prior to use and bring your own bands.
