This is the spot for your american ninja warrior training. This is your climbing gym. Probably the least populated gym on base so you can just enjoy life use the equipment you want. People tend to be intimidated by the climbing equipment so if you want grip strength or upper body endurance this is the spot.

Love working out here in the morning. Its got a great cardio room and is great to push weights and do some crossfit.

Very good physical therapy classes. Staff is keeping the place very clean. Awesome gym, good equipment, everything seems well cared for.
