They have more personnel checking for Identification then they do cashing out. Every time I come here there’s at least 5-7 people in front of me. The women just stare at you versus getting on a register.

Being yelled at when you barely walk through the door for ID, is a bit ridiculous. Could've been asked nicely asked to see some ID.I get it's an AAFES and need to have military ID, but yelling at your customers before they are even in the door... That's demeaning.

Literally on E. Lady at register wouldn't let me get gas without a military ID. Google maps should clarify......hope I make it to the next one!

I couldn't get into the store because I didn't have a military IDYou guys should put a sign with big letters that say it is military only sivilians like me don't know that's an exclusive store for militaryI felt discriminated.

Despite NOT being on a military base, this is apparently a military institution and civilians aren’t welcome. Ok, that’s weird, but not my issue.Apparently civilians are supposed to automatically or magically know that this is a military only store, despite the fact that I don’t speak soldier language. I don’t call a toilet a “latrine” or a meal “chow” so calling store “Exchange” or “AAFES” doesn’t automatically make me think MILITARY ONLY.Look, IT DOESN’T BOTHER ME that it is not open to me, but Costco and the like tell you in big letters that they’re members only.

I have been buying 6 large liquor bottles here for over 5 to 10 years. You have to buy 6 to get the 10% off each bottle, only to be told I have to buy case to get 10% off. Who buys a case of the same liquor, we want variety. It didn't make sense so you all lost out on great purchase. She lied and said that she had been working there for 6 weeks and then you all changed your policy 6 weeks ago. I've seen her in there more than 6 weeks ago. But now I will go elsewhere...

I don't understand these dumb reviews!Of course you need to be military or have military ID to shop at AAFES otherwise known as ARMY AIRFORCE EXCHANGE SYSTEM.

What can I say about this aafes nothing but superior quality service the women in here are amazing they're very helpful and I would just like to give a shout out to Tonnica Wooden she help me when I didn't have my Star card she took the information that she needed to look up and helped me save when gas is high right Now!! So thank you for your superior work And your generosity and kindness❤

I wish there was an option to comment on other peoples reviews because I had the same exact experience with the gentleman who works there, I got all the way to the counter and he wouldn’t sell my water to me because I didn’t have a mask with me and then on my way out he said “this is a military facility you should know better” honestly a shame people think they can be that rude.
