“Even though I live a ways from Costco I go there OFTEN.... I love coming to Costco because I always seem to find something new. My grandma is a regular at the pharmacy and they are so friendly there. They care for their customers. I always come to Costco for the best grapes ever called Candy grapes. I can only seem to find them here. Also I've experienced very friendly employees at the service center. Every Costco employee is always willing to help out and seem to walk around the store often so it's not hard to find an employee for help. The ONLY issue I have is that El Paso needs a second Costco built in the Eastside. That is all.”

Overall most employees are NICE. I’ve received help when i was looking at macbooks. Ive also had some good and bad reception at checkouts.
There is a specific group of them that rotate and tag team.
One time i was helping the cashier by lining up the bar codes on items for easier scanning and was told i cant do that anymore and polices changed with the new MANAGER..
Another time after i lined them up and they thanked me.
So yes there is a specific “crew” that wants to be boy/girl scouts.
I’ve also witnessed them yelling at someone telling them to go around when the individual was trying to rush to the bathroom they even showed them their membership! Ive had bad experiences 1st hand also.
There are many unfortunate experiences that are listed under negative reviews.
Most are warranted but others not so much.
I respect having to check id as it helps keep prices low by making sure its members only.”
