Zero stars should really be an option for this place. It's always one person at the counter, long lines & rude workers. Those things are the least of your worries. They gave us a key for our home without a box number, was originally told the info is on the boxes (they lied), the next day, told we would get a call giving us the info (they lied again), went back the next day & was told a box number, went to try the key & it didn't work (they lied yet again). I'm currently still not able to retrieve my mail! The people who work here are lying, deceitful, scumbags! USPS & Ft Bliss need to value soldiers & their family & hire competent workers. At least people who are decent human beings & willing to help correct THEIR mistake.

I’ve always received great customer service at this location. Recently, I didn’t have the correct packaging for a return and the employee helped without hesitation.

I have been getting someone elses mail for a while now even when it's adressed it isnt fixed. Now I'm starting to wonder if some of my mail is being put somewhere else 2.

They have the worst hours. How is this on post with worst hours than the ones off post. They Handle housing keys and mail holds but take F O R E V E R with what you ask them to do. The line during lunch is too slow and after work the place is closed. How do they expect us to utilize this place? Extend the hours or change the SOP. Quartermaster was better than this can we bring that back?Also ditto on what the other said. I got a multiple packages delivered to me by my neighbors because they drop the mail off at random places on the street. Like my address is written just as it is on my Placker, why not place it at my labeled door instead of a Random mailbox with numbers that don’t match the houses

There are staffs working inside are thieves. Im a soldier came from deployment and went there to send my stuff home. It never reach my house. They stole all my gears and my electronics and they said they are not liable for it.. a bunch of theives. Beware guys!

How does my packages end up in other peoples mailboxes? This is a big problem across the housing community and no where to report it! This has happened to us several times. Ridiculous
