Took a dbl blazer in. One side lapel pressed correctly flat, the other was not pressed correctly so it flops - very unprofessional. At $11.02 I demand better.

Very bad customer service!!! I'm thinking it's time for a training class ? another thing so many signs on the drive thru window looks very unprofessional not to mention confusing ? u don't know if they're open or closed we'll be looking for another place even though it's down my street!!!

This was my go-to dry cleaner. They were once reliable and were always on time.Now, their customer service is horrible, and the workers at the front desk do not seem to care.I brought in a pair of pants and a shirt to be dry cleaned, and pressed. Upon entering the shop, I was informed by the first clerk that it would not be ready for 5 days. As soon as I said no thank you, the second clerk started to laugh because I was going to not leave my items there.I told her it was rude to laugh at the situation and that I would no longer be a customer. She didn't seem to care. So, I will now be using another dry cleaning service.

Their boiler broke? Again? 5 years ago someone posted a review with the same complaint. I truly don't understand what's going on with this company.

I have had good experiences. They have the clothes to the point. They are very responsible and the staff is very attentive. I like it.

My husband returned my dress after they supposedly dry cleaned it. I had been out in the sun and it was also wrinkled from the party I attended. AMy husband picked it up from the Cleaners and it came back in the same condition I sent it. My husband went back and they refused to correct the situation. My husband said he would not return, the response was ok. So much for the customer is always right.

Outrageously expensive!! Had two items to just press 17$ and change!! Wont be going back will press my self next time! Also asked for the items to be starched and the items were not!! Have coat to dry clean will take elsewhere..

It's pretty annoying when they say they close at 5pm on Saturday online, but the front door has the hours changed, literally in Sharpie, to 3pm.

Seemed like a nice place, friendly staff, comforter I dropped off was cleaned very well. BIG Problem was my name was printed on the label in black marker. Had this been my raincoat or shawl I had planned to take, they would've been ruined. Who wants their name on the label of their clothing?
