Took 4 pair of yoga pants to be hemmed on December 13 2025. After 3 times going to pick them up they couldn't find them. Finally today, one month later I got them back. The pants cost me $77.88 through Amazon. I was shocked when they charged me $70.91!!!! For only alterations on 4 pair of yoga pants!! Ridiculous!! I agree that they ARE a shady business.

I went to go pick up my clothes and this manager had my ticket in her hand and she told me didn’t you say you didn’t want nothing done to it. You came back in. You took your clothes back and I said no you have my ticket I never did any of those things I want my clothes then she ends up telling me about my Son ?Yes well he used to work with us and I said what does that have to do with my clothes? Did you find my clothes she said it’s just like oh yes it’s right here and she charged me 25$After the fact of saying that she didn’t have my clothes this lady was very rude. I have a hearing problem and I kept on telling her to speak up because I could not hear her. I don’t understand what bringing my son up was about very unprofessional. Now I know why my son quit this job he said it was bad management and now I can see it for myself.It’s not the same we’ve had this account for years we used to come to them before my son ever worked for them and their customer service is just gone down the garbage shoot.

I want to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my most recent dry cleaning experience scheduled for pickup on Friday, 9/19. I arrived and took more than an hour for what turned into an issue to be resolved. I paid for a service that I did not receive. Initially, my shirts could not be located. Two of the three shirts were found after an extensive time of searching. I was then informed that the missing shirt had a stain and reason it was not ready. I asked for more information because the missing shirt I needed for a special event that evening. Then my shirt could not be located. After again, extensively waiting patiently again for a service I paid for, it was presumed a shirt with no tags was my missing shirt in another location. I was asked to drive to another store then was told I could wait when I declined to drive to another store as I had not dropped it off at another store. I was then disrespected by the shorter employee lady there when I asked the other young lady what was the ETA as I had been waiting an extensive time again. The extremely disrespectful employee informed me the manager bringing the shirt was stuck in traffic, but when I asked where my shirt was and was told to drive to that store “was close by”. The manager was on the phone, which was more unprofessional that as a manager she allowed that disrespectful employee to treat a customer in that manner. I was the affected customer and seemed like it was my issue. I was more than patient and was treated poorly not to the standards I expected from a loyal The Cleaners customer. There was no sense of urgency from any of the employees nor the manager. All I received after all that was an unapologetic “sorry”. Beware and consider carefully if you need your clothes for a special occasion dry cleaned at this location.

Terrible experience. I brought two shirts in and they lost one . Besides no apology and the owner being rude after about two weeks , i asked for a claim form and she gave me one but told me i needed a receipt which i dont have.. Didnt even offer my $6.00 dlls back which i had to pay to have it cleaned.. Not customer friendly at all..

soooooo.... I want to start off by thanking these people for losing my clothes after charging me to dry clean them. After several visits I'm still trying to get relief for this situation

The last couple of times I've been here didn't sit well with me. It used to be you take your clothes and pick them up the next day, not anymore. It seems shady now, unprofessional, it has to be a cover up. Lol...thats my opinion. I can't bring myself to go back.

I have been going to this Cleaners since 1988. When the previous manager Carmen retired, the customer service went down. There is a mother and daughter’s team that does not provide good customer service. The pricing is never consistent and you have to tell them to read brand labels in order to ensure that it is a two piece suit. They frequently move them around from store to store for some reason. It has gotten to the point where I go to another location, which is far away from my home just to get decent customer service.

They took three days to deliver. They gave me an excuse. Then I asked for a discount, the manager did nothing. Also, I mixed my black shirt with other customer. So, they want me to return it next day... poor deliver, poor lack of management, and I will never go back to this place. The worst in El Paso, Tx.

Took a dbl blazer in. One side lapel pressed correctly flat, the other was not pressed correctly so it flops - very unprofessional. At $11.02 I demand better.

Very bad customer service!!! I'm thinking it's time for a training class ? another thing so many signs on the drive thru window looks very unprofessional not to mention confusing ? u don't know if they're open or closed we'll be looking for another place even though it's down my street!!!
