Was able to find a place off post that drycleaned a jacket, shirt, pants for about 13 bucks.. here its more than twice that. Overpriced, you're better off taking your stuff somewhere else.

If I could give fewer stars I would. If you want your shirts to be poorly pressed, get rust stains from the cleaners, and for hair that’s not yours (I don’t have pets either) to appear on your uniform, then use these cleaners. If you would like to have actual clean uniforms, look elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. Front desk lady is very rude. Services provided are not bad but for the price, you would expect a faster turnaround.Edit: after raising my concerns to AAFES and their timely response, it looks like the employee has been fired or possibly retrained on customer service. Either way, I haven't been back to reassess the timeliness issue. I've since learned how to iron/starch my own uniforms ?.

Very unprofessional worse service ever .Lady acts very rude as soon as you come in dresses inappropriately. They lost my items 2 . Don’t recommend anyone this place .

Only been here once and it was in between moving into our new home and having our washer/dryer delivered. I haven't stepped foot in a laundromat in over 11-13 years lol. This place was super clean, nice size. The appliances were all in order, nothing broken. They had different size washers and dryers for bigger/smaller loads everything is digital now so you have to load your money onto a pay card and use that pay card to start your laundry. They have soap/bleach/fabric softener for purchase if you forget yours. Bathroom were clean and the water fountain worked lol all the laundry baskets worked perfectly and they were neatly parked at the front door which made life easier. No need to go searching for a dang basket. The woman behind the little counter was super nice any time I tried to park the cart she would say "no, no I got it, it's my job" anyway I won't need to come back but if I ever did have to, or if anyone out there is looking for a clean friendly feeling place to do laundry here's a good one

Extremely rude. And when asked about missing buttons was told they do not wash clothes and I should have read the sign. However, when I was dropping two shirts off the sign was covered and the lady said to leave everything on. When I asked where they were she said “I don’t know its your problem”.

The staff at the front that picks up your clothes and gives you your ticket are very rude ask them a question and they just stare at their cell phone the whole time until you ask them again then finally they look up at you

Says it opens at 10AM on Saturdays. Got there and the girl didnt get there until 10:15am. Unprofessional, especially for a military post.
