Something expensive for the service and dirty facilities, the machines do not have change
And the dryers don't work after drying for an hour I had to take my wet clothes, I also put money into a dryer and it didn't work? I won't come back just to lose money

You walk in and you are immediately inhaling mildew or mold. The smell is really potent. If you get the wrong washer, it might take you ten or minutes just to get the machine to take your money. Then the washer you pick and get the money into runs but doesn't add any water or will just plain stop in the middle of the cycle. Half the dryers don't even get hot so you have to start with just a quarter to make sure you gotta decent one. Also, when the machines don't work and eat your money, even if there's an employee on site, they will refuse to refund your money. I gave this place a 1 star because they won't let you give it the appropriate ZERO STARS. I don't usually waste my time writing scathing reviews of local businesses, but in this case it's well earned.

Wow what a mess this place is. I used to come here a few years ago. Moved back into the area and came today. Never again!! It's filthy and looks seedy. The machines are filthy inside and out. We found animal puke on the floor. This place used to be so clean. DONT COME HERE!!!

Fed the Coin dispenser a $20 and received $5 in quarters. Called both numbers and left multiple voicemails. Neither answered or tried to reach back. Machines were dirty and driers took a long time to dry.

Neglected facility. Dirty machines with mold, dirty floors, many broken machines with no signage. Homeless men loitering inside the facility. Be careful when coming here. It is not safe. Also, expect to lose money here! I will never return here again. This place should be shut down!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. The drys don’t work. Past a certain time there is no manager there. The phone numbers on the wall one is disconnected and the manager won’t answer the other one. The machine ate up most of my coins. I would not recommend this place.

BEWARE! This place is ripping off college students! They charge you $10 to change your bills to quarters. When we arrived it was locked and a cholito came out and opened the door and left. So we waited for him to come BK and he never returned. I was so upset I didn't even start the load and took my clothes out because I was Not giving them a quarter more. At this point I had put in almost the $10 quarters that they gave me, for a huge load. That's when I realized they had only given me $10 worth of quarters for $20. There was no one working there to return our mny. Waited over an hr and no one was around. I left a letter on the door and they called me bk days later and the lady said we had to talk to someone else and never got called. I just spoke to the manager which was basically calling me a liar. Like I told her. Shes obviously is not a good manager if she doesn't know what's going on. She refused to return my mny.

This place is absolutely awful. Most of the machines don't work and the one that I tried just ate my quarters. I had to call, wait for someone to show up without proper tools to get my money back and waited for over a good two hours. Waste of time and energy. This place stinks. There is no care for customers.

The worst experience with a laundry, disgusting, the washers don't wash, the dryers don't dry, most of the machines don't work and the ones that do work poorly. Don't go wasting your money

Dirty machines. Generally dirty and trash on floor. Dryers (3 I used) don't dry well so had to waste time waiting for clothes to properly dry.
