Very untrustworthy, I was told there was no problem cleaning my article. When I went to pick it up, it was in worst condition! The lady said, "we tried our best, sorry!"

Bought my sport coats in to be dry cleaned and was not handed a receipt came to pick up and it seemed like they were on steamed clean very poor job and was charged $17 each a total rip off and they only accept cash! Stay away!!!

I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years. I always received the best service here, every time I come in. The work is always top notch.I read the one or two negative reviews here and to each their own. The only advice I can give to them is to be specific with what you want. The Garcia’s are not mind readers. They are more than accommodating for what specific work you may need.I will be a customer until they decide to close the shop. Took 2 shirts for tailoring along with a sample. The man missed the length by over half an inch and refused to help any further. No warranty. No act of good faith. No customer service. Also, he tried to fool me when showing me the measurements of the shirts. That was a trash move. It felt like I was dealing with someone who is deceptive and a schemer. I recommend you stay away. They do cash only because then you can't force them to provide better service.
