“Giving a high review because of the employee Carlos that works there. He is one of the nicest people I've ever met and he has gone above and beyond for me many times.”
“I’ve been going to this post office for years and it’s always been a great experience. Staff has always been helpful and friendly. It’s a small place so there are sometimes lines but they work as fast as possible to help everyone.”
“Love this location. Everyone is friendly and supportive. Patience and respect towards elderly customers is amazing here. Wish P.O. Boxes were updated to more modern systems, dials stick all the time.”

“Post office has always been great in resolving my issues and personnel is the most helpful I have encountered until this day. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication.”
“If you’re looking for an incredible experience, if you like history, and nice architecture buildings, this USPS store is worth the drive.I had to mail a letter, I was informed that the building is 104 years old, it always has been a post office. It was incredible to see the excellent condition it was in. El Paso has nice rich history, you just need to know where to go.”
“I went in not sure which box to use which label to use etc. waited in line less than 1 minute and I was helped by Benjamin. Who confiscated all my wrong selected boxes and produced one better suited for me. Saved me $60 and got my package delivered 2 days earlier than what I had selected. Post office can be scary but as long as great associates are there assisting clients then you got nothing to worry about. I have had some truly horrific experiences with the post office off of remcon on the west side but this visit was awesome. Wish more people would post their positive experiences because as I was getting my packages ready I heard about 5 people express their gratitude to Benjamin and the other associate there.”
“Came in to drop some parcels off and not sure of the process in the states (I’m from overseas), the lovely gentleman at the front desk was very patient and helpful throughout the process.”

But here they apologized for the wait (the line was moving fast) and they didn't make me feel stupid. 10/10 experience.”
“I recently had an issue with my mail key and was in urgent need of a solution. I visited the postal office and was assisted by Miss Zeña. She was incredibly helpful and resolved the issue within 24 hours by providing me with a new key and lock. Her professionalism and efficiency were outstanding. I highly recommend this postal office for their excellent customer service, and a special thanks to Miss Zeña for her swift and effective assistance!”

Ive noticed some customers be rude & nasty and staff maintained professional attitudes. Today was the 1st time ive done business w Lili. Very sweet lady. Kudos to the staff for their patience & helpfulness.”
“This review is based on my experience of purchasing a new home. I made a stop at the USPS location on George Dieter, I arrived at 8:30am and there was a line for the keys section. There was one man working the line and it seems he has a helper in the back. I waited in line for 1 hour and when I approached the window I explained that I purchased a new home and needed keys. I then filled out a white envelope that requested the keys, where I wrote my new address. The gentleman at the window said it would take about 1-2 weeks and I would be expecting a call when they are ready. One week later I received a call from an employee at this location by the name of Nancy, she explained to me that they could not find my address. I explained to Nancy that my home is a new construction and I’m the first on that block, there was a miscommunication on where my home is due to there being another street by the same name but in a different area code. Nancy then asked me to send her my exact location through a pin on Apple Map so she can follow up with a supervisor. Nancy followed up with me and told me that my keys would then take up to three months to get, and all packages will be held at the post office. I was expecting a package and when I checked the tracking number it stated “No Such Address.” I was then advised to visit the post office to speak to a supervisor. Today, I just left the postal office and explained my issue with my address. The supervisor said that they do not see my address on the map and there would be some issues getting my packages and they would hold my packages there at the facility. I am hoping there are able to save my mail due to my new ID card getting mailed to my new address.
Overall, my experience has been a headache but Nancy has been very helpful throughout the process. Without her help I don’t think I would have gotten some answers for my issue. I appreciate you going above and beyond for myself and other community members Nancy! Thank you.”
“I’ve always received great customer service at this location. Recently, I didn’t have the correct packaging for a return and the employee helped without hesitation.”
