They want to come inside the house all the time. They fail to give 48 hours notice which is required under our contract. Very invasive.

I strongly believe the manager from this office should be fired, don’t care about Soldiers and their family. Placed us in a house full of deficiencies.

Balfour Beaty is terrible. Carlos the night Maintenance Supervisor failed to send a maintenance team to my house for over two hours for a blocked sewer main (Emergency Work Order)…. Still waiting…
