the staff is always real nice. real rasa working there. when I've had issues with things not being pressed correctly, they take care of it. if machines aren't out, its a quick turnaround service. My only critique is really the lack of investment from ownership. Doors are jacked, old equipment, have to run cards and employees having to manually enter card numbers and more. Old building and site that looks run down. Employees would feel better working in a nice looking place. But, let's be honest business owners at times don't care about that stuff. Lack of investment isn't an issue with the employees, it's an issue of ownership being cheap and cutting corners for profit. Invest in your places man, take some pride in that. thank you to the staff for always being nice and respectful.

I had dropped off two shirts and a suit. In the next few days I was able to pay and pick up some of the items. I was told that I was only missing one shirt and that I would need to come back the next day. I went a week later to pick up the remaining shirt. I was told that I already picked up everything and they did not have anything for me. The business took no responsibility and offered apologies. Stay away.
