Lazy and don’t want to help and worst manger ever

In order to provide a service to the troops, you actually have to be open. Why is this only open when troops are at work and not open after hours? This place is a waste of time and funds. Should be closed immediately if the hours aren't changed.

Staff is good, but they close without adherence to the posted hours.
