By far the best Dr . In Forney. I finally found a Dr that actually listens to there patients concerns and doesn't just blow you off or guess at what's going on with you. He was very patient and concerned. You can actually tell that He was CALLED to be a Dr. IF you know what i mean...Thank God for leading me to him .

Dr. Wilson has been my PCP for 10 years and is the best. His calmness, willingness to treat aggressively and Texas Honesty are what keeps me coming back. Wonderful staff.

Friendly Professional staff I noticed after patients went to the exam rooms from the waiting Areas staff wiped down the surface before the next patient came in no overbooking here appointments are on time, limited number of people in each doctors waiting room not just one large room great doctors great staff.

This visit was a virtual visit, it was on time and Dr. Wilson is always pleasant and thorough with questions and explanations, he is patient with my questions and takes the time to insure that I completely understand all of his answers and directions which prevents any confusion.

I have been seeing Dr. Wilson for many, many years. He has literally saved my life more than once! He has a great way of connecting with his patients and has a knack for knowing how to get to the root of the problem. I am so glad I chose him 20 years ago!

I must say I'm incredibly impressed with this office and I work in the medical profession myself and I'm pretty particular. I needed to change primary care physicians and needed to be seen for pretty bad hypertension they couldn't get me in with the Dr until next week but needed meds asap so they worked diligently to get me i. With the nurse practitioner she and her medical assistant were very thorough andihad excellent care as well as very patient lab workers. I had to verify my insurance would cover labs so I wasn't gouged. with out of network costs. I'm now having stable blood pressure and even got a call back regarding my labs. Great work guys!!!

Dr Wilson has been my primary for a few years now. They must have a new office mgr now. Appointment started EARLY! Their online checkin and messages are great. They now do labs in-house. Dr Wilson is always great. I was in & out in no time. No driving to a private lab for tests. Prompt follow up. Very pleased!

I needed to get blood work done and a physical a while back and went to this location. I thought I was going to see a doctor but was given a nurse practitioner, which isn't really an issue for me because I don't have a lot of medical issues. However, they were not upfront with this information, all along I thought the NP was a doctor until my follow-up apt. They are limited in what they can do and when you have medical-related questions etc they have to consult with the real doctors. Which is a disadvantage because they bill your insurance as if you are seeing a certified doctor. In addition, I was seeing an out of state specialist and needed for them to review my orders and sign-off a Texas doctor was able to review and they act like they did not understand my request and wanted me to pay another office visit just to refer me out to get an IV treatment off-site. I thought it was a total rip off and will NOT be using them again.

I have been going to Family Medical Center for quite some time, well over 10 years. I've seen Doctor Wilson numerous times over the years as well as some of his PA's. I've gotten nothing but stellar service from all of them. They've been very caring and attentive, great listeners, excellent at explaining various treatment options and what to expect. They've also been very helpful in discussing insurance costs and making recommendations to reduce out-of-pocket expenses (such as going to another facility for an x-ray instead of the more expensive one in the same building that charges hospital rates). The ailments I've gone there with over the years have ranged from a weird skin rash to a bad hand injury to high fevers and their treatments have always been quite effective and fast. I have nothing but great things to say about them!

My family and I have been going to this doctors office for years. I am pleased with the doctors but have had some billing issues. The office manager has been of no help and has never once returned a phone call. Not sure if she even exists! Be careful of their procedures when they are sending samples to the lab for processing. No matter which lab you direct them to send it to based on your insurance, it will go to their lab and you will pay top dollar. I am very frustrated with how they handle their lab processing and this has happened on more than one occasion. We are now forced to have them write a prescription for our lab work and go somewhere else to have these taken. Very inconvenient! I also agree with Jean G, the lady at the front desk can be quite rude!
