Terrible Walgreens. They had my son’s prescription for two days but said they didn’t have any orders under our name or phone number. The doctors office had to call them to see what the hold up was. Finally got our prescription and the directions are COMPLETELY WRONG. We got eye cream and the pharmacist typed to put it in his ear.
If I didn’t read the drug facts page and google the medicine, I would’ve seriously harmed my child because of the laziness of a pharmacist if I had just read “their” directions. We will not be using this Walgreens again.

VA and Soldiers beware: We went to get our prescriptions filled and they told us it was not covered and tried to charge me $200 cash. Called VA and they said “oh now we see it” and it was $5. A few days later my buddy called saying that something was wrong with his Tricare at Walgreens because they told him the same thing and had to use GoodRX. Not sure if it’s a scam or training gap but I don’t support businesses that openly attempt to screw over Vets instead of advocating for them.

I am revising my review. I was going to give it 1 star initially. This pharmacy is always busy and you have to wait forever. I believe it is because we have an explosive growth in Forney. Forney should better plan and zone but this would be another review. It looks like this Walgreens has new people and that their prescription volume may be high. This is the same situation with CVS as well. All stores in Forney are crazy and chaotic. Always waiting despite you trying to time to deal with less crowds and traffic.
At Walgreens, I needed a second vaccine and made an appointment at their site. They said I should make an appointment for the vaccine. But I showed them I did. Then they asked me to come back because they were busy after I made an appointment. After this disappointing comment, I was waiting for my prescriptions. I guess they decided to give me my scheduled vaccine after all. I am glad the Pharmacist made that decision to do so. I understand their pain points but as a customer, I am following their appointment recommendations. Oh well. Only waited for an hour.

Just waited over an hour in line with my sick 1 year old … it was awesome! Thanks walgreens pharmacy! ??oh and there was a train on the way home! I can't wait for Tom Thumb to be open!

Worst Walgreens ever. Employee are horrible and the I called for passport pictures information get here and then they’re machine isn’t working and they said they don’t know their log ins.

Service is awful. If you are in need of a prescription the same day after visiting your doctor, keep fingers crossed because the inventory level at this location is horrible. You might as well roll up in your bed and die never experience such low inventory on prescriptions in my life after moving from Grand Prairie to Little old Forney, I am so disappointed.

This is the slowest pharmacy ever. I work in pharmacy so that says a lot. It took almost 2 hours to get a flu shot

Slowest pharmacy... good look trying to expedite medication. CVS across the highway 15 min max to expedite Walgreens cannot get any type of speed down. And if my insurance was accepted at cvs I would definitely go back. Walgreens =trash

I'm dumbfounded by how long I have to wait for any prescription. Plan on waiting at least 20 minutes to pick up a prescription. The time of day doesn't seem to matter.Everyone looks like they're working so I don't get why it always takes so long.

Horrible. Won't be back. Script called in 11:00. Here it is 4:00. Still waiting. I was told numerous times, "it's ready." This is our third attempt to pick this up. Still waiting. Also, I am disabled. Totally unacceptable. Retired Nurse

This place is great if you also enjoy txdot, the post office or the VA.Not great if you prefer good customer service and reasonable wait times.However if spending an hour in line, your car or the cold/flue aisle does not seem to make a difference, sounds like a good time then I could not recommend this place enough. If that doesn't sound like a good time I would recommend anywhere else.

Pharmacy told me it would be ready later in the day. I stopped in, "nope, in two days!"Called two days later, waited on hold 30minutes. Wish me luck.

Should not call this place a fedex drop off. Staff is too lazy to handle anything other than a small box. They refused to take my return.
