Somehow , my mail has been updated to the address of the last tenants who lived at my address . This has went on for two years. I’ve been to the post office to file a complaint three times within the two year time frame . My son still haven’t received his last check due to this . No answer from the corporate office .

If I drop several packages off on a Sunday evening with proper packaging and labels attached, why are they not ALL showing in the tracking system by close of business on a Monday? This is after the post person grabbed TWO packages from my mailbox on Saturday and left THIRD making me wonder why the third one wasn’t updating in the system. So I had to make another trip to the Post Office. I have had countless problems over the past few weeks and it doesn’t matter if I rely on pick up service or if I drop off in the actual post office. I just want you to scan my package to show I did my part by getting it to the post office. Not too much to ask, is it? This is also after I had to walk mail four houses down from mine to a neighbor and a neighbor had to deliver a misrouted package to me. Anyone delivering quality service these days?

This is the third time this month that someone else mail is being put inside my mailbox, how is the number 3 and 6 getting confused? I know other people have also been getting my mail since someone wrote down on my bubble mailer (does not live here) hire someone that can read numbers!!

Yall need to retrain ur mailman alway put my packages that is bigger than the mailbox where it just stuck in there I have to slice my packages opened to get my items out little by little what a stupidity if u don likes ur job go find something else.

Absolutely garbage! My package has been waiting at the facility for weeks and hasn't even been scanned. What a joke no wonder USPS is going bankrupt and they employ the bottom of the barrel intelligence levels. What a joke!

This USPS location was amazing thanks to Claudette. She was super helpful. I was completely unprepared and I had no idea what to do to prepare my packages for shipment. She guided me the whole way and was super kind. Thank you Claudette!

I had the opportunity to converse with two exceptional postal employees at the Forney branch in Texas. After placing an online order with an incorrect address, I reached out to the USPS post office for assistance. I spoke with John, a representative who promptly opened a case for me, and Nicole, a supervisor who successfully located my package and arranged for it to be delivered to the correct address. Their dedication and willingness to assist me, despite being in a different city, truly exemplified outstanding customer service. IG: Unlockedjoy88

It's been a month since I paid to change the key for my mailbox and still nothing. I went to the office 3 times and a very rude person told me that I wasn't the only one hoping that I wouldn't go there and that I should wait for their call when it was ready. ☹️I have lost packages because according to them there is nothing with them

I don't know how this Forney office is still operating. I've spent hours of my time tracking down packages, one at this very moment is missing. I approached the mail man about it and he questioned why I was inquiring about a package 6 days after it said delivered. WELL YOU KNOW WHAT MAIL MAN, I WAS OUT OF TOWN!!!!! He was extremely rude and not helpful at all! Stop putting these packages in alt mailboxes and not providing a key to even open it. I'm so disgusted w/ this post office!

Receive email showing mail for today, then when the mail comes missing the mail from the email. Yesterday no mail received, 3 of my neighbors complained about not receiving any mail. I don't think they delivered on my street Yesterday. Not the first time missing mail and receiving other people's mail.

Very nice folks, but, not the place if you’re in a hurry. Go to Terrell or Kaufman. They are understaffed big time. Always a long wait.

PLEASE make sure you receive your bills electronically. Our electric bill was received in the mail over 2 weeks late and because of this our electricity is being shut off. We constantly receive other people’s mail and haven’t received credit cards, licenses, etc. due to their negligence.
